The icomfort Mattress by Serta was lumpy and uncomfortable in less than a year. A/c to Mattress warehouse it was the foundation ($150 of $1028 price) and they would replace and but charge me $70 plus tax for delivery. Protests and letters got me nowhere so I paid the delivery fee and this foundation is just as bad plus it squeeks every time you sit on it. Now I am again waiting for a response to the last inspection. The local manager is unpleasant and never gets beck to me on the first call. I will never again deal with Mattress warehouse or purchase a Sealy product. I have had to take 4 days off from work as their windows are 10-2pm. I never knew there was anything that could go wrong with the foundation, certainly never happened to me before. This is the Mattress Warehouse at 1710 Lincoln Way East Chambersburg PA 17201

I went to the store and paid for a replacement mattress for a sofa bed on February 19th. I was told because of the holiday (President's Day) that the mattress might or might not come in that Thursday, but that it would definitely be in by the following Thursday. I was called at the end of that week and told that the mattress was not part of that shipment, but would be in the next week. The following Friday, March 1st, I had not heard from the store, so I dropped in, and was told that for some reason the mattress had not been shipped. I was told by the young, dark-haired salesperson that he would check into it and call me, and it would be in the next week. Nobody called, and I dropped into the store again. Same exact story as the previous week. I called yesterday (3/11) and was told that this mattress was now a special order. I had the option to go to another of their stores in town and get a mattress there that they had in stock. I repeated several times in that one conversation that I did not want a coil mattress, I wanted the foam mattress I had ordered. I stopped by the store yesterday afternoon to get my refund. I was told I had to wait for the salesperson to get approval from the main office to refund my money. Please note that this was NOT a return; I have never received any product. I was told it could take up to 2 days to get the approval for my refund. There was a big song-and-dance about computer security about the inability to refund instantly. I am going in today to check on my refund status. They do not return phone calls, although the salesperson said again yesterday that he would call me. I had already explained to him twice that I had never received any calls back, except for the first one. I also called the district manager John Gibson, left a message, and still haven't heard from him.
