Tes is the best plumber I've ever hired. He's not only a master plumber but also has an incredible work ethic. I had very difficult antique faucets to replace, and I think few other plumbers would have had to know-how and perseverance to deal with the tricky surrounding cabinetry. He also fixed a flushometer that another plumber had oversized on my flush valve toilet--in half the time.

Very speedy response. We called in the morning and by the afternoon, the job was done. He arrived within a two hour time frame, which amazes me as most companies have clients waiting 4 or 6 hour periods for someone. The project was installing our natural gas line to the new stove. Originally we were not happy with the result. However, when we expressed that it was not done to our liking, he returned the SAME DAY to fix it. Very friendly, great customer service and we are very happy with the final outcome.

He gave me an estimate that was 50% less than the estimate from another local plumbing company that is also listed on Home Advisor. The work was completed within the time frame that was estimated and at the price that was quoted. I am extremely pleased with the service.

Mr Tes really came through- he came out on a Sunday when it was hard to find anyone else. He was professional, showed patience and showed flexibility to work with me through minor issues. His attitude and focus remained on doing a great job... and he did.
