Dun Rite Drain Cleaning

The Dun Rite technician, Sterling Collick, performed the sink drain cleaning I requested with great skill and professionalism. The project was completed in less than an hour, and the bathroom was cleared of all trace of plumbing work. The sink is now operating as good as new.

Sterling did an excellent job

At first I thought they were doing a good job, but they were here a very long time and they left my toilet on shims and I had to hire a contractor to come in and fix their mess. The pipe work was not put in correctly. Odd angles and things. The toilet was flush to the floor in the first place, so why did it not go back flush when they were done. I would not use them again.

Quick and explained what was dne

Originally I was told service would start between 1 and 1:30; but the mechanic came at two (although I received a text letting me know that the arrival time would be 2 pm). Once on site, the service was excellent: he explained everything he needed to do and thoroughly answered my questions. Most appreciated was the fact that he explained additional options, but did not push me to buy. No hard sell!
