JENNIFER CONVERTIBLES

I purchased a sofa and loveseat from Jennifer Convertibles last Spring. It was delivered in June and within 2 months the cushions were sinking and gaping to the extent I had to put a bed pillow over the cracks between the cushions. Contacted customer service. They said someone would call for a tech appointment. No one did after almost 2 weeks. I called back and they had another tech service assigned. They called about a week later. Someone came out took a few pictures and left. They agreed to replace the custions. After two months of waiting, I called and was told they should be there soon. Eventually got the new cushions inserts (not entire cushions replaced- just foam). Then had to wait weeks for someone to come "install" them. They cancelled the day of the appointment and had to reschedule me for a week later. Finally came out and found out they didn't send all the cushion replacements and now I have to start the whole process over again. I called numerous times to speak with customer service respresentatives and all where incredibly rude. As were the service techs. Asked to speak with a supervisor (Myrle ?sp) to see if I could just get an exchange or credit and was told very rudely that there was "no way that would happen." Asked to speak with someone higher up in management and was told there was no one I was allowed to speak with. I purchased my previous sofa and loveseat from them and loved it. Had it for over 10 years and was the reason I went back to them. Their service and quality has declined significantly. I'm now stuck with a substandard, uncomfortable sofa/loveseat and horrific customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The salesman was very nice and answered all of our questions. They charged about $140 for delivery and we financed the whole thing with them, it was very easy. They gave us several options for delivery and the furniture arrived in perfect condition. We also felt we got a great deal on the leather set, and we would buy furniture from them again. Only problem is that only some of the pieces you see in the store can be made with different fabrics. Others come in just one type of fabric.
