They are okay. If I have some great deal through a competitor, I would probably switch, but I am happy with the service I am getting at the present time. Their prices seem to always be going up, but in terms of service reliability, it seems pretty good. It is not going out too often here. Their service is consistent and reliable. It does not cut in and out during storms in my experience. If it goes off, it is because the electricity is out and it is not actually their fault. I would give them an A for the reliability, but if they could do a better job about their prices, I would be happier. I have not had to have them come out maybe in the last two or three years, but they seem to be punctual. If they give you the service window, they would be there between 12 or 4. Some of the people are great. Other people do not seem to really know anything when I call on the phone; they are not very friendly.
