Blackstone complete my first major renovation to my kitchen and I believe they exceeded expectations. I absolutely love the finish product and appreciate their design and recommendations. Our designer Julie gave us a design that we really like and maximize the use of the space. Justin Mason the project manager was great to work with. He kept us informed about the status of the project and was available whenever we had questions. Most importantly he was honest and upfront about any change orders to make sure we were comfortable with them before accepting them. Franklin and his crew who did the day to day work were great guys and really worked hard to make sure we had a quality project. I couldn't be happier with their service and look forward to working with them in the future.

The project manager (Kadir) and designer (Leah) are professional, experienced, and customer-focused. They provided quality materials and skilled craftsmen/builders, making the remodel as painless as possible. I also appreciated the fact that they did not try to "upsell" me. The designer (Leah) is gifted and her vision helped us reengineer and maximize a tiny space - turning it into a luxury bathroom. She and owner, Joe, helped me keep within my price range, while still exceeding my expectations with masterful work. It's beautiful, Leah. Thank you all so very much! We had a very positive experience working with Blackstone Kitchen and Bath company when we did a complete remodel of our hall bathroom with several customized design features. Joe and Leah were very patient and supportive during our discussions of the design and helped to make perfect selections of tile and accessories. The working crew was very professional, polite and neat, and did a great job keeping our house clean and minimally affected by the construction. The management was very accommodating and attuned to our needs and wishes: they truly cared about providing the best customer experience and were generous in allowing desired adjustments to the scope of work. It was an expensive project for us, but we feel we got an excellent value for the investment and are very happy with the final product. Thank you, BlackStone!

Excellent service, Joe came up with a design for the kitchen and we were able to view it in on his computer. He helped pick out the cabinets, flooring, paint and counter tops. We picked out the appliances at a store he suggested. Did a good job overseeing the project and the workers did a good job at removing the old stuff and putting in the new kitchen. No issues encountered, the project was finished on time and no surprises with the cost.

Couldn't have had a better experience!! From the first meeting to the completion of the project, Joe and the whole Blackstone team were true professionals. They applied their expertise in just the right areas but allowed for our individual expression. Alp was our project mgr. and he communicated and handled all of the details with a deft hand, even those things that came out of left field. The project came in on time and a little over budget but only due to my change orders, which were accommodated without any problem at all. The team is definitely detail oriented as I had the fortune to watch much of the work they did. The did it like I would, if I could..... I would highly recommend the whole team. Thanks!

Just completed the total gut and remodel of our Guest and Master bathrooms. Working with Joe and Alp on our design phase and agreeing on a budget they kept us on target. Although we spent a little more than had originally planned, the end product was definitely worth every penny spent! Once the work started, the project manager Gerson checked in with us on almost a daily basis with the work planned and any deliveries to be expected at the house. Gerson was always available to answer our questions and concerns or making sure we got the right product. Henry, the lead person on the work being done, was courteous, hard-working and also worked diligently to deal with questions and changes along the way. Once complete, Gerson did the walkthrough and continued to address any situations that we needed to be dealt with. I would highly recommend Blackstone for any remodeling needs! I recently had a bathroom project completed by Blackstone Kitchen & Bath. The free design option was a big bonus in outcome of the project. Joe, the designer had innovative ideas and was very knowledgeable. His negotiating skills in lowering the price of the products and fixtures helped keep the costs reasonable and his expertise of places to purchase various items gave me more options and helped with the overall quality. Once the project began the project manager responded immediately to any further questions or concerns about the ongoing work. The crew was friendly, diligent and professional. I felt very comfortable leaving the house to run errands. I highly recommend this company.

Young single woman who bought home and it was very overwhelming especially due to construction and renovations being male dominated industry. They were very patient and consulted me on renovation. They gave me ideas. Am very happy with them and what I paid for their service. Overall very pleased with the quality of work, service and integrity.
