Description of Work: Cut down three large trees in my backyard. All three were very close to my house and two of my neighbors. The job took two days. The crew climbed trees and cut felled them from the top down and cut up the sections into smaller pieces. The ground up the smaller limbs. On day two they finished taking down the largest tree and trucked out the large pieces and finished cleaning up the yard. We did not have the stumps ground out. They worked quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: They were hired to remove a large sweet gum maple and several smaller trees at my mother's home. The trunk had grown around the original metal pipe supports that had been placed on either side of the tree when it was planted. They could not remove the pipes, but instead of only cutting the trunk down to the top of the pipes, they bent the pipes in such a way that they protruded into the nearby walkway, creating a hazard. At a much later date, someone came back and bent the pipes again. | They did not arrive on the original scheduled date. Later, they showed up several times without prior notice. My mother was not responsible for paying for the service, but the site manager (?) repeatedly made threatening calls to her for the payment, ignoring my messages on his phone. I was in discussion with the "home office" about a resolution about the pipes. I did get an apology from the office staff and an adjustment was made to the final price. | Despite the agreement that the truck did not need to be pulled into the driveway, the minute my mother went into the house, the crew parked on onto the driveway anyway. It left several large cracks, which continue to expand. Patio furniture which they had promised to move was dented and nicked. Smaller plants were damaged. Large pieces of debris and much wood chips were left behind. At one point, my mother thought that she heard something hit the side of the house. After the work was done, we started having trouble with rain coming in the chimney on that side. Maybe it's just a coincidence?

Description of Work: UnLimbited did not complete any work for us, but for our next door neighbor. Without our permission the took down a fence that we had up to keep our dog in. They trampled my wife's garden, rearranged our back yard, moved retaining boards around another garden. It was so bad that we called the police. The really disturbing thing was that the workers could not have cared less, they seem to be joking with one another (they did not speak much English). Their demeanor changed when the officer showed up. A supervisor showed up who was very cocky and didn't really seem to care. They made NO attempt to knock on our door and ask for our permission. How is this allowed? We filed a police report and will pursue this. We don't want anything, just for them to change their practice and attitude. Disgusted.

Description of Work: Removed a very large oak tree that had died over the winter. The tree was 5 feet away from our deck and 20 feet away from our house so it required a technical removal. Unlimbited Tree Service sent a 5 man crew over along with a large shredder and expertly removed and shredded each branch while cutting the large branches and trunk sections to 18" pieces which they left behind by request (we will split all the wood for future firewood). The crew was fantastic and through their expertise in roping each branch and section, were able to drop each onto the landing zone and not the deck or house!! The whole process took about 3.5 hours and I would highly recommend Unlimbited Tree Service to all.

Description of Work: Drove over lawn. Damage screened in porch, which took a month to repair. Owner stated that he would "fix any repairs to the porch. He came over the first time and put the wrong type of wood on my porch that was broke due to a branch going through it. He replaced shingles with the wrong color and never finished fixing the trim around the screened in windows. Then he told his secretary to call me for the money because he had completed everything. I called him and told him the wood did not match nor did the shingles. He also did not replace one of the screens in the screened in porch. So he came back and he replaced the wood and finished the trim around one of the windows, but left 4 undone. He tells his secretary that he is done. Again....I told him that it was not done, but that I had already sent him a check for 80% of the work. It is a month later, he has insurance and a licensed contractor that would have already completed the job, but still refuses to use them.

Description of Work: I called Unlimbited and they came out within a few days to remove one tree and trim the rest. I had six large oak trees and they trimmed the correct ones and removed the correct one without me being present. the on site crew performed excellent work under the supervision of a licensed tree expert.
