Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $79 for a 20 point AC tuneup with Sila Heating & AC. Because I have two AC units, Silas allowed me to purchase another deal at the original deal price. Dave arrived on time. Explained what he was doing on each unit and now both units work more efficiently than they did before. I'm very happy with Sila.

Description of Work: The technician performed an inspection on my air conditioner and he did a wonderful job and was very helpful and informative. My only conplaint is that the appointment was scheduled between 1pm and 3pm and he arrived after 4pm. He informed me that he had a very long drive and I didn't get the impression that Bel Air, MD was in their service area.

Description of Work: All services were provided as stated in the BIG DEAL of the day. Service provider was pleasant and did a good job with cleaning and inspecting the furnace. A new part was needed and he had a replacement part with him. He explained the operations of the furnace which was very helpful to me. He was knowledgeable and professional. I was extremely pleased with his service.

Description of Work: David did a tremendously thorough job inspecting, cleaning and servicing my 2 year old HVAC system. He had some recommendations that I've considered and actually have scheduled them to carry out one of those recommendations. |The only reason I rated an average mark was the slow response to follow up with me to schedule the second job, which I can overlook based on the work and professionalism David displayed in the beginning. They are a good company to work with overall.

Description of Work: The young man cleaned the unit, checked coolant (said none was needed,) made sure it is working, told us the unit is old, which we know, and talked about replacement of it, which we did not inquire about. Nice employee!
