Description of Work: They checked the level of freon and added some. I asked him to check for a leak, but he said he would if the level of freon went down again. This was the first thing thing that bothered me about the service. He looked at the main unit in the basement and looked at the filter. I asked if he would change the filter, but said I could go to Lowes and get new ones. This also bothered me. So this is why I rate the service only a C. He was polite, professional and on time.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal for a hot water heater flush and a discussion about tankless hot water heaters on 9/20/2015. They didn't call to schedule until 9/25/2015. In the meantime, the old hot water heater failed. I used another company to get a replacement hot water heater. When Sila called and I informed them that I no longer needed the service, they were helpful in telling me about how to seek a refund from Angie's List.

Description of Work: We purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for an Ac tune-up for 79 dollars. We had a little difficulty trying to arrange a date for the servicing. Once we get the date scheduled everything went very smoothly. The technician arrived on schedule and performed the tune-up and made a few minor recommendations based on the unit. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: LOOK ELSEWHERE! |I ordered the special and attempted to schedule online but their system has no way of determining what dates are available so you just enter dates that are ignored. When purchased, it was advertised that they would contact you two business days after purchase, in this case Tuesday. They didn't call until Friday! | |Appointment was scheduled and time off was arranged to meet them in their window of service. Come service time, no call and no show! I have waited two weeks from service appointment for them to call but have received nothing! | |These guys are a joke. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
