We only install top of the line equipment which benefits the customer because it will work longer and perform better than the average brand. We invest a lot into training our team so that any replacement or installation is completed correctly and no short cuts are ever taken. Another major factor that goes into our costs is the customer service we provide.

Description of Work: The service took far too long to schedule ... then, when the technician arrived, he said he was there for an HVAC service! After looking at our water heater, he said he couldn't perform the service. I've asked for our money back but haven't heard when/if I'll get it!

Description of Work: there was 20 point check performed on my furnace. all my questions were answered, and explanations were provided, if did not completely understand. Young man was courteous and very patient with me asking questions. Yes, if all their workers show that kind of patience and understanding, and not getting upset when asked questions, I could certainly not only use them but recommend them too

Description of Work: First price was increased before even looking at the furnace, changed dates 2 times. Bought an extended service contract for 4 times the cost of the original deal and still did not perform a thorough maintenance.

Description of Work: We recently purchased a new home and were interested in having a system tuneup of our two HVAC systems. Sila offered for a 20 point tuneup including cleaning the coils for $85/system. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He looked at both units and determined they did not need any coil cleaning. | |Overall he said things looked good. However, I don't know what the 20 points are that were "tuned-up". It looked more like an inspection. He was in and out in under 45 minutes. We later found that the blower on one unit was set to disable variable speed and the other unit had a thermostat connected incorrectly. I would have expected these types of things to be found by Sila, but they were not. | |Overall, I wish I could rate higher or recommend them for others but it is unclear what they actually did.
