Description of Work: They diagnosed my problem. I set up a time for a new furnance but I missed my time to meet with the representatuve. I went with another company and purchased a new furnance.

Description of Work: They did a furnace check and tune-up and replaced my filters (included). Near the end of the service, the technician showed me that my motor starter capacitor was starting to fail. Recommended a replacement for ~$300. I quickly looked on the internet and found the part for $10. Replacement of the capacitor is a trivial procedure once the panels are open. | |I would understand if they charged $300 for a capacitor replacement if the replacement included a service call, diagnosis, and repair. But he was already out to do the cleaning/tune up so it was outrageous and deceptive to try to charge me more than $300 once he was already out here. | |I felt the Big deal was a bait and switch. I didn't bite.

Description of Work: Performed a system check, no refrigerant required. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Only down side was he arrived 45 minutes late. Had already emailed who I talked to for scheduling and was informed technician was en route, but technician never apologized or acknowledged tardiness.

Description of Work: They told me my furnace was cracked and had to be shut down. They advised me on what kind of equipment I needed. They showed up the next morning promptly and put in the new systems as well as duct work. They did a great job and were very efficient. I've never seen a people work so well. They explained everything to me and said they would return if there are any problems. All of the people were great.

Description of Work: apparently my street address was entered wrong and the provider showed up on the wrong side of town. It would have been a big problem if I was on a schedule but, I had the day off so it was just a little inconvenient. | My boiler is about 6 years old and I wanted to keep it in "new" working order. No problems, everything in very good working condition.
