This company is the worst. We hired this company to replace our siding. There was NOTHING wrong with the siding and it was still under warrenty - we just didn't like the color. When we saw the subcontractor removing the insulation from the side of the house, we immediately called the sales person. We were told that everything would be fine and he would fix it. He didn't. I now have NO insulation on my home. We also ordered a window that was "guarenteed" to match the other extended bowed window in the front of my house. IT DID NOT MATCH. I had two "extended bow" windows, these dummies replaced one with a regular bow with different sized cross bars. I was told, "too bad", I would have to buy another bowed window. When I refused to pay for the remainder of the contract until I was satisfied with the work - and complained to the Home Improvement bureau - the company immediately filed a law suit. We offered to stand by whatever the Homes Imporvement Bureau decided. Seal Tite did not want the home improvement agency to settle the suit. The gentleman at the HIB told us that this company was BAD. In the end, my lawyer had a heart attack and asked us to settle. We did, but we got took. RUN DO NOT WALK TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR.
