They were pretty responsible; I remember being very pleased with that. I remember the service was competitively priced with what we were looking at for air conditioning and heating. I also remember they understood we did not want top of the line and we did not want bottom of the line so they took the time to explain with us what were the benefits and cons of the middle of the road. They gave us the information we wanted which was really nice; that made it easier. I remember there was something they had to come back and re-fix because it was not installed quite perfectly. They came back quickly.

I see we came out to your home under your contract with American Home Shield, the thing with AHS is we cant do a leak check unless its over 4 lbs low on freon or we have been out and adjusted your freon already in a 1 year period.
