House Transformers was great while replacing my storm-damaged roof. The company excelled in all the ways that matter - explaining the work, responding quickly to questions and calls, arriving on time, respecting my home, cleaning up when the project was completed. And the roof looks fabulous!

Miscommunications for material delivery. No communication during or after completion.

I had 2 projects. I got an estimate for both and wanted to proceed. 1 project requires a building permit. Despite assurances, I allowed them to do the less important project that did not require a permit. Quick efficient excellent work. I was really pleased. They never summited the permit application and have not returned a call or email since. I only went with them at was on the project they completely blew off. If you need a permit go elsewhere.

Many thanks to Wilder, Kenny and his crew, and all at House Transformers for the great service! Wilder personally inspected the roof two days after we called and gave it a very though assessment. We needed a complete roof replacement because we were preparing to list our house for sale within weeks. Wilder re-worked his whole schedule to get our roof done on a Monday in between rain systems that untypically hit our area in early August. Thanks also to Kenny and crew for working extra hours to get our roof done in one day!! We can't express our gratitude enough to House Transformers for the great customer service and willingness to move their schedule around and work extra hours to meet our needs and our timetable!

Don't even waste your time with other roofing companies, we were scheduled in less than a week of initial contact, recieved quotes from multiple different companies, by far most reasonable, and they don't play around they will be at your house very early to get the job done.

Rocky start due to change in Project Manager. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day. Friendly crew, would recommend.

I was quoted a price of $5,700 dollars. I told them that a lot of plywood was bad. They told me the first 3 sheets were free after that it was 55 dollars a sheet. I feel like they should have given me a worst case scenario price. To my surprise I was called an told it would be $2,600 dollars more. I had to get it done because at that point I had no roof on my house. Sticker shock to the utmost.

My experience was simply amazing. I got my whole house re done. Roof siding facia sofits and gutters. Wilder Carrera 410-361-1520 is the man to call. He helped me thru the whole process. Dealt with my insurance company to help pay for damages to roof. The company as a whole is great. Got several quotes and there price was straight forward and the best. Thorough job and clean up was awesome. Defiantly recommend them. Wilder came by everyday to make sure everything was going smooth and to see if i had any questions. Great job, replaced my windows at a great price. Had the crew in, cleaned up and did everything perfectly. When they pulled the windows down, they saw some rotten wood, they pulled it out and fixed it at no extra cost. Very happy.

They were prompt, professional, and utilized their time well. I have zero complaints. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They made the process pain free. Siding is an area I know very little about and I was concerned about having to deal with a bunch of salesmen and potentially getting ripped off. These guys were the total opposite. Straight forward. Professional. Quality workmanship. Hard to find that these days.
