Their estimate was right in line with my insurance quote and they didn't try to sell me any fancy add-ons. The workers were very efficient and cleaned up very well. Very pleased with the service.

They are very hard workers. Cleaned up well, too.

The company has very professional work ethics. Was prompt and fully prepared to do a rather large roof. The crew worked 12 hours -dawn to dark and returned the next day early and finished the job by 12:30 pm. All debris and materials were beautifully cleaned up leaving very little for me to do. If I. Ever need a new roof or repairs I would make House Transformers my first call

Super slick transaction. Tom measured my roof precisely as I measured it. Other 6 contractors that I interviewed were giving me 20% to 80% more squares. There were no hidden cost. First three plywood sheets replacement would be free (actually, not needed). It was a mid-grade GAF roof system used with all GAF materials and GAF certified process. The company has $2M insurance on the workers. They give 50 years warranty on the roof (I hope my house will stay that long). Recommended.

They did a great job, communication could better but overall I'm satisfied.

My initial appointment with Russell went well with respect to the information he provided and how his company computed the final price etc. I had two major problems however. I allowed Russell to make the appointment times with one stipulation; I wanted my meetings with him to be after 1:30 because that's when I'm off work. I don't tolerate lateness. Nor do I tolerate not receiving a call saying you'll be late....and in a timely manner. My time is valuable. My roof looks fantastic but my yard was not completely cleaned up. The river rocks from my front yard were scattered all over the place to include down my driveway and three plants were demolished. Extremely disappointed and unhappy.

The initial interaction with the company gave me some pause, as we had asked to reschedule to an earlier time but they never showed. Russell, the sales rep, did arrive at the originally scheduled appointment and had no idea that we had asked to reschedule. He provided a great sales pitch and the estimate came in significantly lower than others. There was some additional miscommunication between their office and the sales rep, but it ultimately worked out. The workers did a great job, but I would have appreciated more communication during the replacement. They did most of the roof in one day and returned the next morning, but left with a portion incomplete with no communication around when they would return and a storm in the forecast. They did come back later that evening, but there was a brief period where I was worried. Ultimately, everything worked out and I'm very pleased with the new roof.

From the initial contact by the sales rep to through till install, House Transformers did everything right. Communication was excellent, price competitive and they use their own install crew. Alex and Melvin worked diligently to get the work done even with crazy weather delays. Professionals. I would use House Transformers again for work. Love our new gutters and fascia/rake board!!

Russell definitely provided a well informed sales brief which allowed me to make the decision to choose them. They completed the job in one day and completed the clean up the morning after. My only challenge was thier method of tearing off the old shingles especially where neighbors are concerned. Fortunately no one else's property was damaged. Ultimately happy with the outcome.

One does have to interview several contractors prior to hiring one. I appreciated that Russell, who came to estimate my job and remained the project manager after I hired them, was very upfront with how an estimate is conducted for a roofing job and showed transparency in pricing. I highly recommend. A roof is a roof is a roof, when other contractors quoted $10,000 more for the same job there has to be a lot of shady business practices out there.

These Bozos didn't even show up to do the job..... When I called no one answered the phone for three hours .....I finally got ahold of the guy who did the estimate who had no clue where his workman were...fired them.......

I needed a new roof after a storm. I contacted Nationwide and the adjuster contacted me via phone, no pics, no in person contact. Sent Nationwide's contractors out and they put tarps on where shingles were missing. Nationwide decided they would just give me a check for $1000.00 due to the roof only needed "repairs". BS... I found House Transformers, Inc. The owner Will called me immediately, appt. made., they assessed there was much more damage than what Nationwide's roofing contractor, Petra Roofing, states. Will/House Transformers stepped in and stood up for me, the homeowner. THANK GOD!!! If you need help roof wise, insurance claim wise, CONTACT House Transformers! Workers were great, they showed up and rocked n' rolled! Cleaned up and put everything nice and neat back in my yard. Awesome.. owe some Coronas to the workers.

Friendly and customer orientated. they were detailed and professional and acted with integrity.

Russel and Will did a great job from start to finish. The crew came out did a temporary repair after the estimate, then showed up on time to replace our roof. I recommended them to 3 other neighbors and they also did a great job there. The crew was great, the weather was less then cooperative but they finished on time as promised. I hope I do not need another roof , with a 25 year warranty though I am good.

This company was very easy to work with. I have 4 different quotes and House Transformers quote came in the middle of the pack. I chose them because of the sales rep Russell. After he provide the quote he went into detail about what to expect and the process that they would follow. The crew came early and left very late in the day. They cleaned up everyday and left nothing behind. Russell was very responsive and when a batch of shingles installeeed was disclosed I pointed it out to him. He replaced the shingles immediately. This company seems very customer oriented and dedicated to doing a good job. I would and have recommended them to my neighbors. Russell D.

Easy to work with and Kyle was very responsive. Reasonable estimate and got a crew out the same day to get it done before the snow storm hit. Awesome response and the bill was dead on the estimate. Great job!

Outstanding experience dealing with this company! My dealing was with the President who was very professional and took the time to discuss with me not only the project I called about but listened while I explained other projects that needed addressing. Their pricing is very reasonable. My first project was repairing roofing shingles that were damaged by the high winds we recently experienced. He sent a worker later in the day to make the repairs. House Transformers, Inc. will definitely be my go to contracting company going forward.

Outstanding experience dealing with this company. Supervisor Kyle left quote at my home, was back the same day finalizing the contract. My new roof was completed 2 days later, crew arrived at 8 am and job was completed by 1 pm. Crew had House Transformers shirts on and were very courteous and engaging. I will definitely use this company again for home projects and would recommend to others as well.

They came out in the morning and gave us an estimate. That evening, we had a worker arrive who completed the job. That was fabulous. The one concern we had was that it was not clear the worker worked for House Transformations. But since we paid with a check, it was not like we were concerned about our credit card being compromised. I would recommend that House Transformations provide their workers with something that would better identify them. Especially, in this instance, the gentleman was not fluent in English. So it took some time to realize who he was representing. That being said, he got up on the roof at night, completed the repairs and provided us pictures of the before/after using his cell phone. We would use them again.

Had some confusion with the estimate but got through it and they did a great job
