Description of Work: 1st Class picked up several items (about 3 rooms full) in Easton, MD. Delivered partial to Fallston, MD and then to Parkton, MD. They were on time, all items were delivered to the correct address and no damage. This was my second time using them. Will use them in the future. Their estimate was about 10% less than the other quote I received, and they are very responsive!!! |

Description of Work: Our agent was Mr. Allen Rice. He and his team made what could have been a terrible day into one that was successful. Everything was delivered safely and the team of movers were polite and helpful in every way. The price was beyond reasonable and because I mentioned that I belonged to Angie's List they gave us a nice discount. If you acknowledge companies who do a good job I would certainly appreciate you letting them know how much we appreciated all they did for us.

Description of Work: THEY WERE AWESOME!!!! They were quick, professional, and careful..I have a tight, spiral staircase that leads to my loft, and they managed to get my sectional sofa up there. .They were the best movers I've ever had and I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: This moving experience could NOT have gone any smoother :) We moved out of a condo on 28 October, put our belongings in storage for a month with 1st Class Moving & Storage, and moved into a new house on 30 November. The movers were fantastic to work with, we had the same movers on both ends, even though we moved a month in between. We are very happy customers and will recommend this moving company to all of our friends and family!

+ -1 moreFrom the estimate which was right on, not a cent over, in fact I think they charged us a bit less than was estimated, to Batina who works at the office where we stopped several times to pick up boxes, to the movers who arrived on time, actually early the day of the move, everything was wonderful. The guys worked for almost 15 hours and never grumbled about the work. In fact they smiled and were pleasant the entire time.
Description of Work: We had 1st Class move us this past Saturday and they were amazing!!From start to finish the experience was professional and "1st Class." Everything was done exactly as promised and better. I am a Realtor and have recommended this company to some of my clients who have moved and they have all been equally as happy. Don't hesitate to call them, every aspect of the company is a pleasure to deal with.
