The workers that came in to repair my kitchen ceiling were polite and professional and efficient. They restored my kitchen back to how it was so that you would not know that I had a pipe burst in the kitchen ceiling two separate times and water bought 2 separate parts of the ceiling down. I thank God for them because now I am cooking in my kitchen again!

Scrubbed manually with a brush, when I would've expected some steaming equipment or similar. But did a good job and got the grout mostly clean. A bit expensive though as it came to 300 hundred for less than 2 hours work.

"We used our truckmount equipment to complete the job. True we used a brush to scrub the grout and the tiles manually. But we used hot water to steam (1500 psi) and to rinse the floor off. The cost of everything (cleaning solutions, gas, etc ..) has gone up. Increased costs across the board have influenced what we charge for our services. As costs continue to climb, our pricing reflects these changes. The quality of the work matters more than the time it takes to complete the job. We strive each day to provide services that leave our customers fully satisfied."

Our basement flooded with 5 inches of water. Milestone came the same day and got it all out in quickly and professionally. Patrice who did our work was fantastic! I they also helped us deal with our insurance and everything they did was covered. I hope my basement does not flood again but they would get the call if it does

They cannot handle large jobs. One floor only. They waste time and money and are not very honest. Poor communicators of project tasks. Very unprofessional. Perform tasks not authorized and expect payment. Replace items not needing replacement. Do not replace things covered by insurance. Have difficulty hiring skilled laborers. Pour paint on grass and bushes. Damage work already completed. Do not discuss all issues needing decisions. Took 10 weeks to pass water heater and HVAC inspections. Lie about passing inspections when requesting client to restart utilities. Leave materials in yard to damage grass. Leave unwanted materials lying around yard and carport.

Milestone Restoration responded to my call within 45 minutes on Christmas day. The technicians were knowledgeable, considerate, and professional. They did a fantastic job. They returned when they promised to collect their machines and replace the area rug that they had cleaned. I highly recommend this company. I can't rate the value for the money as this was covered by insurance.

I used Milestone Restoration for water damage cleanup in my basement. They were very prompt to respond, very professional, and considerate to the fact that this was not covered by insurance. The result is excellent, everything is very dry. They were very professional and friendly. The price was much better than other estimates and they don't push for unnecessary work. I highly recommend them.

Milestone Restoration is an owner operated small business. The principle, Patrice, is friendly, polite and a respectful person. Overall an excellent human being. He has the latest equipment with excellent knowledge of his work area. I have not experienced this kind of expertise in any other technicians. He was punctual, went right to work and had the carpets ready within a few hours as he had estimated. The carpet and the area rugs have not looked as clean as they look now. Excellent work! I have no hesitation in recommending Milestone Restorations for any one of the jobs the company offers.
