Not only did Shane repair the flashing on our chimney - the original issue, but he also removed accumulated moss from the roof and swept the gutter guards - all for a reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and helpful regarding our questions - no pushy sales or offers of unneeded work. Very Good communication - responded quickly to our original request for an estimate - communicated appropriately through the entire process. Would definitely use again!

Kathy and Keith were very responsive. Keith accurately diagnosed the problem, made some valuable suggestions but NO actual repairs were required. The fee of $100 was reasonable considering he had to go to the property, get on the roof and determine what the problem was. I am located in Florida and the property in question is in Maryland. I need contractors I can trust. I have such trust in KC Construction.
