The service they provided was fine.

Counter Intelligence did the installation. I would give Home Depot an A- overall and for their price. I would use them again.

The thing that I liked is that they used GAF which is a lifetime warranty. GAF also came out and looked out at the job which I liked.

The give me my military discount, which I appreciate.

It is alright. The overall experience was average. The price and quality were good. I would use this provider again.

They have staffs that never know anything and have to find somebody who does.

.I was very pleased with the work they did.. The price was excellent,and I got the door that I wanted. The worker that installed the doors did a great job. I have nothing bad to say about them. They were very friendly and professional.

We had the outer glass double doors replaced first. It was a mistake not to have all the doors done at the same time and I wish that had been explained to us beforehand. The salesman at Home Depot was helpful but not an expert. We had the inner double doors replaced about a year later and paid a large fee for the outer doors to be removed and rehung at that time. It made perfect sense of course but if it had been explained to me initially I would have had everything done at once. The problems we had were the imperfections and lack of detail related to the subcontractors. The outside details around the door are ok...but not great. Fortunately we had no vinyl siding affected. I believe that would have been a disaster. We wanted a back french door replaced but because of the siding the contractor shrugged his shoulders and said they could only do and quot;so muchand quot; to keep the siding as nice as possible. We aren't having that done through Home Depot. The final results for the front doors are ok...the subcontractors were a group of 4 and seemed to be buddies.Not exactly professional but competent for the most part. I did call Home Depot back within the week because the door wasn't totally level and would swing back shut if left open to allow in sunlight through the glass doors. The subcontractor came back and started banging on the hinges with a hammer and said there wasn't much more to be done.I did call Home depot back to express my dissatisfaction and was told a manager would get back to me. After 2 more calls and no response we decided the job was and quot;okand quot; and reminded ourselves you get what you pay for. The back french doors will be replaced by a professional door company with certified techs and installation
Though quality doors can be purchased at Home Depot I would not reccommend allowing their subcontractors to install. There is no real warranty for installation. Our doors are Andersen and when a latch broke 1 yr later Andersen sent a replacement free of charge. .

They are always on time. You can set up an appointment and they come on time. They are very professional and very helpful. They are very nice.

There were a couple of little problems but they did correct the problems. They didn’t install it to our liking. They talked us into having it installed in a particular way which really looked bad. So another company showed them the pictures of how they had installed and they said that it didn’t look right. Then we got them back here to redo it. They did the way we wanted it but they should have said that they would do it in the way we wanted it. They are not installing the door that I just bought and it should be here within a week. There is a separate contractor installing it. We are not going to use Home Depot to have it installed. I went down to their store and the people down there were extremely helpful especially the sales people. They provided me with a lot of information. We also talked about other issues like tiling techniques and other stuff because the sales guy had that experience. I showed him the pictures of tiling since we were getting the door fixed in the bathroom. He had 17 years of experience as a tiler and so he was giving us advice on tiling. They went through a lot of details with us and gave us a lot of explanation. The people at the Home Depot in Springfield that we dealt with when we bought the door initially were also extremely helpful. The same salesmen were there when I went in to buy the door this time. We had a problem with their subcontractor and not Home Depot itself. The people at Home Depot are very friendly. I don’t have anything against just going and buying there but I would never use any of their subcontractors again. In Home Depot’s defense, when we had a problem with their subcontractor, they had a support person whom we contacted. She was very upset over the issue and she helped us in getting it resolved. I like Home Depot and their sales people are very good. We personally are not happy with our experience with the subcontractors. I walked in there and they were readily available. I did it on a Saturday morning. I sat down and talked to the guy. I didn’t even have to go and look at anything. Then we went through everything and I was out of there within an hour. I would use their services in the future too.

You first have to place a preliminary order for $35 and they come to take the measurements. After they take the measurement they give an estimate to see if you want to continue. I am very satisfied with them. The people who came were polite, friendly and professional. There were few problems, but they supported us and got everything sorted. I recommend them highly as they are very organized. They were some miscommunications and they made up by giving me discounts. We dint bother, but they cared for it. They did not follow up on time and we really dint bother. Later one of the managers called us to apologize and gave a discount. The work they did was good. However, I was not happy with the quality of it. So I complained and they redid the work on the trim.

They left a lot of information out. Some people there are knowledgeable and some are not. If you're doing it yourself - make sure you find out how long the individual you are working with has been in the business.

Wally, the kitchen designer, was wonderful and very helpful. I also ordered patio doors from their special order desk which worked out well. They did a very good job. It's a little crazy during the evening or weekends, so the best time to go is during the day.

Home Depot had too much faith in their sub-contractor. The contractor measured wrong, so Home Depot sent the wrong size of cabinets. They were good to resolve the problem at their cost and they refunded some of our money. The man I worked with at Home Depot though was fantastic and his name was Marty. He's an excellent employee for them.

We bought a water heater. They had Bs Plumbing come out and put it in. It had a dent in it, and they said we had to go through Bs Plumbing. If you call their 800 number, you just get a run around.

Took some time for the product to arrive but the craftsmanship was very good. Very pleased with the outcome. Have received several compliments on the cabinets, most people think we had the entire unit replaced.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM SHOWN BY HOME DEPOT INSTALLERS. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE PROMPTLY AND EVEN THOUGH I HAD A MISHAP AND HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL WHILE THEY WERE THERE, THEY STAYED WHEN MY NEIGHBOR CAME OVER, AND FINISHED THE JOB.

THE SUBCONTRACTORS THAT HOME DEPOT WORKED THROUGH WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME IN PROMPTLY WHEN SCHEDULED AND WORKED UNTIL THE JOB WAS FINISHED. MY ROOM LOOKS GREAT, AND I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.

THEY WERE PROMPT TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO MEASURE. THE CARPET WAS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED. THE INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND CLEAN.
