Econo-Clean, LLC employees are highly trained full-time technicians. We do not use independant contractors. All employees are subject to a background investigation conducted by a third party agency prior to being offered employment. We accept checks and cash. Payment is due at the time of service. We offer low-moisture, non-toxic, cleaning services for carpet. The products we use are safe for children and pets and are bio-degradable. Our process uses less water, electricity and fossil fuel and delivers a superior cleaning result. Our company follows green business practices. We were told the dirt would not bleed back through but some of it has and that is why the hall does not look as clean as it did just after the cleaning was done.

It went fine but, when I was trying to schedule, I was told the price might be more when they got there if the areas were bigger than they anticipated. When I explained that was unacceptable and fully described the areas to be cleaned, he was happy to guarantee the price.
However, I have run into the problem of where the service is to be performed several times now. Vendors seem to pull up an address based on phone numbers but then show up at the wrong location because they never verified where the service was to be performed even after I've given directions which are pretty precise because I live on a one-way street.
This, of course, creates problems for the vendor and the customer because it creates delays which complicate everyone's schedules.
