Technician identified issues with the routing of the system ducts and the ventilation of the furnace area which has been set up years ago. We confirmed that his concerns were correct, and we are now taking action to correct them.

They arrived early and did a great job installing the hot water heater and cleaning up afterwards.

They’re charges are appropriate. Sometimes they have a coupon and they never over charge me. When I bought the equipment a long time ago they did do some nice things to get rebates form the county, all that kind of stuff. They are pretty good to their customers. Lots of times when the person who comes, if I have a question they explain slowly, they’re not dismissive, they’re attentive. They’re responsiveness is really good. I’m very satisfied with them all the way around. They give you a window like 10:00 to 12:00 or something like that. They show up on time or if they are going to be a few minutes late they’ll call. Punctuality - It’s good, it’s very, very good. They’re a well-established company. They’ve done right by me. They don’t charge too much, they’re fair. I might tell others to ask for the person I use on their staff. I would recommend them because there are a lot of air conditioning/heating geniuses out there and I think they’re the real deal. I used this company instead of another one because of my own experience with them. It’s all good. What sticks out to me that they do very well is that I can trust them and they’re responsive. They’re communication is good from start to finish.

Excellent! The process was easy from the estimate all the way through installation day and post-installation follow-up/check-in. The installation crew was on time and courteous and we were so happy to have cool air again before the day was over.

I am very happy with the new heat pump. It was about $12,000 and that was for everything, indoor, outdoor. I’ve dealt with a number of them and they were very good compared to the most that I have dealt with. I had rebates involved and they filled in all the rebates and got me my rebates. They were right on time. They said they were going to be here at 8:00, and they were here at 8:00. I have used them again and recommended them to others.

They did the check told me that there's no refrigirant it's external coil that is leaking. Repairing cost is 1800 cover the parts is through the mbr but labor is $180. Installed, will fix the issue

Better yet, the pricing is not only fair, it makes one question the honesty of their competitors, who submitted outrageous and overly inflated estimates. Our installation replaced a system installed in 1973. It was a complex and messy job, but they did it all on schedule. The cleanup was so good you wouldn’t think anyone had been there. I give Don Hoffacker’s the highest possible rating for every factor one could consider, being on time, friendly service, honesty, capability, and top of the line Lennox equipment.

Very well both times. Cost shown in for new AC unit. Last service date furnace repair, over $800 as had to replace main board

They are prompt when we call and they remind us when it is time for a tune up. We are in our 80's so we appreciate that.

The guy that first set up the whole thing he sat down with me and took the time to explain what the system would do. The representative who came to show us the product spent a lot of time explaining what needed to happen, what we needed to do, prices. He was very customer oriented.
