After purchasing the coupon from Angie's list, I received a phone call soon afterwards from them. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I asked many questions and felt no pressure to buy any additional services. So I did have them treat for mold spores and also clean our dryer vent for an additional fee which seem reasonable. Definitely will hire again.

So many factors are involved when you call a contractor or service technician to you home. You have to be concerned that they are honest and nice people and that they are certified in knowledge to know what they are doing and make the best recommendations and perform the work and then when you find a company like that, you also have to be concerned if they can deliver what they say on your schedule. The Best Air was a terrific experience across the board. On-time, correct diagnosis and flawless execution in work. I highly recommend them. I'm really happy. Great experience

Having a lot of dust in my home was not nice to see and not healthy. I called The Best Air Quality and Restoration and received a price and booked an appointment for the next day. I could not ask for any more service than they gave me and they where very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Needless to say I will use them again in the future and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their air ducts cleaned. I do not see disgusting dust anymore in my home and I can sleep a lot better because I can breathe better. When they were at my house I also had them clean my clothes dryer exhaust which had a lot of lint in it and now my clothes will actually dry in one cycle so I guess I will also see a savings in my electric bill becomes it use to take up to three cycles. I am so happy that I had this service done cheers.

"Sir, you've purchased a deal for 39$ for a visual mold inspection, testing wasn't part of the deal and even when I called you to schedule an appointment i explained what's included in the deal. I inspected the area you were concerned about and found the reason of moldgrowth. Your problem was high humidity and mold in HVAC. I recommend to buy a dehumidifier to keep it low and treat mold in HVAC to stop mold spread. I offered you to do the work and gave you a discount and even took 39$ off the total price. When i finished your wife asked me to check the second system what wasn't part of the deal but I still did it and there was no mold in the system, but I saw your dryer vent was broken and I did an estimate to fix it. If you think it is an unnecessary work you can check the attic yourself. And I am very upset with your review because I am honest and always do my best for the customers."

Very well. They called quickly to set up service; on the scheduled day I was called an hour in advance. Valid walked me through the house both before and after the service to explain what was being done. It became clear that previous cleaning (by another service) had not been adequately carried out, which made the task more extensive--but it was carried through within the initially agreed upon price. I observed the two they worked very thoroughly, and was also shown images from inside the ducts before during and after. I appreciated steps to minimize getting dust and dirt into the living areas. (This included their wearing booties.) After the contracted cleaning, Valid indicated the presence of mold and what could be done to deal with it and prevent recurrence. No upsell pressure. The price for mold work seemed reasonable and it was done. Also offered dryer cleaning for a price less than I had paid others in the past. From all indications this is a first-rate outfit: informative, efficient, and personable.
