I think that they should have worn their masks and had coverings for their shoes, but they removed their shoes when I told them that I just had the carpet and rugs cleaned. They were very kind and professional, and cleaned the windows so much better than I was able to do. I could not open the windows inwardly, but they were able to and they removed the screens which other companies would not. Thus the windows had not been cleaned for years and they were an eyesore from the inside when the morning sun was at its brightest. I absolutely appreciate their service. I have spoken to several people who stated that I paid too much. I live on the second floor of a condominium that does not provide this service. I do not know what the going rate for cleaning windows is. All I can say is that I am pleased with my eight windows and balcony doors.

I would hire again

They were lovely, 3 of them, 1 inside & 2 outside. Their work was extensive, even washing the very dirty sills and taking care in all of their movements, even to the point of taking down & returning a large piece of stained glass in one window. Now I wish I had given a generous tip, as, to my way of thinking, they do not charge enough.

They were efficient with time but did not sacrifice quality. They do the extra little things that mean a lot like moving patio furniture away from windows. An eye for detail , superb job.
