The gentleman that we worked with was just extraordinary. He's a manager in the organization. We bought, through Angie's List, one of those $99 deals where they come in to do the measurements and come up with drawing, etc, that might be applicable. They did an excellent job. The price was not applicable. There was no price. It was no cost. The quality of the cabinets are just lovely. They're very, very, good cabinets. The manufacturer has a life-time warranty on the cabinets, and Tile Center is their local representative. They were really responsive when I told them the hinge was bad. I left him a voicemail message and emailed him, which is my habit, and he called me back the next day. He asked me to send him photographs of the cabinets so he knew which one it was and I did. He got back to me that day. He said it would take 10 - 12 days to get the hinges from the manufacturer. He got the hinges, he called and said he had them, and he was here within a day or two installing them. It took probably about a half an hour or so. I have a call into Mr. Ribini. We are seeking bathroom remodeling.

Tile Center doesn't seem like the way to go if you have an older home but don't want to spend the price of a nice luxury car for a small bath. The service was great - very professional, rapid response and had a project manager come out quickly. The price was jaw dropping - the base estimate ($31-36K) was significantly more than the next highest estimate and we were told that once everything was opened up there was a potential for the project to go to $50-60K. Of 4 estimates we received, two were half or less than the base estimate. Their view was that it was a "big project" but other contractors did not view it that way, which was reflected in the price. All that said, they were super professional, professional and responsive. The price simply suggested to us that they were not accustomed to dealing with older homes.

They came out and did the estimate and they never got back to us. ?I called them a week later and was told they were coming, and they had my email address and everything, nothing came. ?He was pretty thorough when he came out, that is what was so funny he never sent us anything. ?But he came out, he did measurements and everything in the kitchen. ?He went to the basement to see how everything was underneath the kitchen, because we wanted to run a gas stove, so he wanted to see how the connections were underneath the basement. ?He said he would have something back to us within a week, which is pretty standard. ?A week came and went, and I called, and he said yeah, I'm still working on who is coming out, and when they didn't come, I didn't even bother. ?They never produced a proposal.

both projects were completed on time and with few problems. The professionalism of the sales team and workers are top notch. I will use them again.

The workmen did an excellent job! The price was affordable, the installers pleasant and efficient, and the floor is beautiful.

The sales staff was helpful, listened and understood what we wanted done and made helpful suggestions. The work was done quickly and professionally at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company and their contractors.

They did a fantastic job. It was a difficult task apparently since my wall was curved so they spent the time fixing that and then came back an extra day, a Saturday no less, to finish the job. Extremely happy with the diligence and dedication and quality of work. It was beautifully done, and I assure you I am not easy to please!

The men were friendly and very competent. they did an absolutely perfect job putting flooring in the rooms and closets and on the staircase. Also they moved furniture in and out, and the finished the job on schedule.

It went very well, they did a very good job. They did install a makeup area for me as well.

Everyone we dealt with at Tile Center, from the salesman (Tushar) to the installers (Antonio and Fred), and the plumber (JJ), was very professional, punctual, and did an excellent job.  Tushar spent lots of time with us to make sure everything would be exactly the way we wanted, and gave us an extremely detailed contract covering all services, as well as lots of good professional advice.  Antonio, who did most of the tile work, worked very hard non-stop to get it all done on schedule, and left everything looking great.  Fred did the shoe molding installation afterwards, and JJ, who is a licensed master plumber, made sure that the toilets in the bathrooms got reinstalled properly and were in good working order.  Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to work with.  We were also impressed with the overall efficiency of the company, with everyone focused on their part of the job and working together smoothly to get things done on time.  Tushar and Mr. Kim, the service manager, were on-site frequently to check up on progress and make sure everything was going well.
This was our first time working with Tile Center.  We are very glad we hired them, and if we need more remodeling work done in the future we will definitely come back to them.

We needed to update the master bath and adjoining makeup area before putting our house on the market but didn't have a huge budget.  Frank and the Tile Center staff helped us get a workplan that would keep our costs down.  We already had a full design for the redo, and had picked out the vanities and sinks, shower doors, new fan light and glass trim tile.  Our project manager, Frank, helped us find complementary wall and floor tile and shower fixtures and made a number of good suggestions.  We did the demolition work and painting ourselves to economize.  Kim, Fred and Thomas were very careful about the tricky placement of the vanities and tile around them, centering the shower fixtures properly, placement of the shower niche, making sure the bench was accessible, etc.   We made small changes to the design following their suggestions about issues they noted, which improved the result.  They had to work around both a two foot blizzard and a very aggressive hungry groundhog prowling the front porch during a balmy spell.  The tile setter, Thomas, was particularly good at planning how to set the tile to best effect.  He used some very new and efficient products in the flooring and tile edging that we've noted for future reference.  All the workers were polite, came as scheduled so things got done in proper order, put down floor coverings and were careful where they walked.  Frank came by regularly to check on things and was always reachable by phone.  We now have a spiffy new makeup area with vanity, vessel sink and glass counter, and a main bath with beautiful shower, matching vanity and sink, and toilet.  It's everything we had hoped for, very clean lines, light and relaxing to be in.    Here are before and after photos.

The Tile Center workers were great and produced outstanding results! Tushar, our rep, was extremely responsive. I will use the Tile Center in the future and urge others to do the same. My daughter and son-in-law also had a great experience with Tile Center redoing her hallway bathroom in their house.

Everything was excellent.  Frank is one of the best installers / contractors I have worked with.  I have had other contractors, and working with Frank / Tile center will make you feel like you are getting white glove, Ritz-Carlton level service.  He and his team were very professional and always did their part to keep our home clean and tidy during the renovation.  Frank was excellent to deal with and communication was great.  All of the tile center staff from plumbers to installers were very professional and seemed like experts.  Very nice to have found them here on Angie's list, you won't have to worry about nickel-and-dime unforeseen problems, and appreciate that the staff all seem to go above and beyond to make the renovation beautiful.  
I can't recommend them enough, we are very happy with their prompt service, reasonable pricing, and professional installation.  We appreciated that they use very high quality materials, and stand by their life-time warranty on any tile cracks.  Our bathroom is now our favorite room in the house!  We will be calling them back to do the next bathroom.

Wow!!! I can't say enough about the Tile Center employees I encountered during this project. Joe came out and took his time in developing the estimate. He was even kind enough to bring out selections of tile for me to choose from. He walked me through the process step by step (tile and grout selection and the various tile installation designs and the prices).
I took advantage of the Tile Center $699 deal. My backsplash was a little over the measurements for that price and I ended up paying a little over $200 for this overage. We settled on an install date, however, I had to change dates on short notice and Anthony took my call and was very understanding that it was an emergency and out of my control.
Then there is Thomas and Alfredo. They showed up and went to work. I had visions of dust and plaster everywhere. I have never seen such a neat and organized work area for a tile installation. They honored my "no shoes in the house" rule for coming in and out of the house and only wore their shoes when they got to the floor area that they had covered to protect my hard wood floors. Thomas in my opinion is a master tile installation craftsman. They started at about 9:45 AM and were done around 4:00PM. Thomas was very organized and methodical in his approach to the tiling project.  He did an exceptional job with the install. Alfredo supported Thomas by anticipating the next steps in the tiling process and providing the needed support to Thomas. Thomas and Alfredo were synchronized in their job responsibilities. Upon completion, Thomas and Alfredo cleaned up leaving my house like they had never been here.
Joe, Anthony, Thomas and Alfredo were courteous, professional, and each demonstrated a proficiency in their jobs, in my opinion, is rarely seen today. Thank you for a job well done. I will definitely use Tile Center for my next tiling project.

We're very happy with the work the Tile Center performed to finish our bathroom shower. We had gutted the old tub alcove ourselves and contracted the Center to finish up the project by installing backer board and tile. Some problems were encountered with the project along the way (it was found that our ceiling wasn't level, i.e., ceiling rafters sloped). So, project manager Tushar adjusted the plan to make everything right. Henry, the primary craftsman, and Carlos did an excellent job. The job site was cleaned up everyday, and drop cloths were put down to keep dust and debris off of our carpets.  We highly recommend the Tile Center for any bathroom remodeling projects. (And we note, they do not subcontract, all their workers are Tile Center employees.)  ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tile Center gutted and completely remodeled the main bathroom (approx 6' x 8') in my home.  Joe was very helpful as I chose tile and fixtures, then set up dates for the work to be done.  Workers laid cloths on the floor and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day.  The painter cheerfully repaired imperfections I found with the walls, leaving me satisfied when he finished.   While the cost was more than I had anticipated, I believe materials, fixtures, and workmanship were high quality, and the job was completed on time.  I wished they had a wider selection of fixtures but found some that satisfied me.

The service was great. Frank, our sales rep, came by the house and various stages to make sure things were going well. They worked very hard to fit our schedule and made sure the work was done on our time frame.  The backslash is perfect and the counter top is very nice. I really appreciate all the follow up and assistance. I will certainly use them again.

Any remodeling project can be difficult, because of the extent of the work; this project lasted 5 weeks. The Tile Center was exceptional to work with. There was a strong focus on customer service.  The design team was top notch.  The attention to detail was amazing.  
The team was extremely patient and their #1 goal was to make sure we would love the new bathrooms.  Problems during the work were minimal and dealt with effectively.  The workers where well organized, friendly and courteous.  We had much support during the entire project.  The bathrooms are gorgeous and look like they are right out of a show room. We would highly recommend the Tile Center.

We recently had Tile Center refresh/renew two bathrooms in our home.  We found the experience with Tile Center enjoyable with very few hiccups.  We thank the entire staff at Tile Center for jobs well done and for polite workers who cleaned up when they were finished for the day!

We are very happy with the results in both bathrooms and with the amount of time it took to complete the jobs.  We appreciate the prompt attention to questions we had (or to problems we thought we had) during the work.

We had the most interaction with a certain Mr. Fred and he was a joy to work with.  He knows a lot about plumbing, carpentry, etc. and worked hard to make the bathrooms, as he said, "pretty."  He thought about what he was doing, asked what we wanted, and gave suggestions to accomplish that.  He said several times that customer satisfaction was important and he certainly worked to that end.

We would recommend Tile Center to anyone and would use them again for any future projects.

As is common with most remodeling companies, some things didn't go as planned.  What separates The Tile Center from many of the others is how they responded to any issues that arose.  They are top notch in responding in a way which makes their customer service #1 in my books.  From the owner to the workers, my wife and I  couldn't be more pleased.  
They helped us plan the project out from start to finish.  They showed us various samples of products that made it easy for us to chose from.  They listened to our concerns and responded in a professional manner offering solutions to get the results we wanted.  
You owe it to yourself to at least consult with them prior to making your final decision on how to proceed with your project.  You won't regret it!
