We had an estimate and was placed on the work order list and shortly after the work was finished. They were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about the products and problems we were having and helped us solve our water issues.

The job was completed in a professional and workmanlike manner. It looks great!! The company ran into a problem with the order they had placed for materials but explained everything to me and kept me informed at all times. This is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with, and I'm hard to please! An excellent job....give them a try.

.Beder and his crew arrived promptly each morning & took time to communicate with me whenever there was any question or detail that he felt required my input on the custom woodwork . The original woodtrim and ceiling panels that were still in good condition were scraped, sanded, and prepped for painting. The wood trim that was not in good condition was carefully replaced - replicating the original details perfectly so you can't tell the old from the new. Every joint in the woodwork was carefully crafted and sealed, every bolt & screw countersunk and capped to specification. The quality of their workmanship is excellent and it is apparent that they truly care about what they do. They carefully cleaned up at the end of each day. A pleasure to work with them - we later hired them to replace a kitchen door which required new custom wood framing to accept the new door.

They had very reasonable prices and have done quite a few roofs in our neighborhood. The quality of these jobs gave me the idea to call them for our project.

Brad came out and gave a very thorough estimate of the work to be done and what the actual job would look like. The 2 workers were here on time and finished the work in 2 days. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend their work.

The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. The Shanco representative showed up on time, did a great job of explaining what our options were and was able to answer all of our questions. Of the five companies from whom we requested estimates, Shanco's seemed to offer the best value, even though it was not the lowest price of the five. On the day that we had agreed that the roof replacement was to be done, the weather did not cooperate and the work had to be rescheduled. The Shanco office was in touch with us as soon as it was apparent that the work would be delayed, to work out a new appointment that would suit our schedule. The roof replacement work went very smoothly; the work crew showed up on time and completed the work more quickly than promised. After they left I walked around to collect any debris that they might have missed; I could not find more than a handful of material altogether they were so thorough in their cleanup. Our experience with the gutter replacement was equally pleasant, with practically no trace of the work other than the new gutters. Altogether our experience with Shanco was terrific and would recommend them without reservation.

It was great. From doing the estimate to following up with the work, they did an excellent job. They were very professional, and not at all pushy. The work that they did was satisfactory.

I called for an estimate and it was provided within two days. Work was scheduled and occurred earlier than expected because they had an unexpected opening in their schedule. They made sure I was aware of every step in the process.

We got 3 estimates and 2 were very close and both seemed like good companies, so we basically flipped a coin to pick. The estimator was very thorough and good at following up. The office was good at communicating a few schedule changes to us, due to cold weather and rain. The work team did a good job starting and ending when they said they would and did a really good job cleaning up every day and at the end. The project manager was in and out and called us every day if he did not see us. When the team was done, however, we had to call him a couple times to come back and look at some areas we were not completely satisifed with. It took about 2 weeks to get everything wrapped up and they did not pressure us to pay until we were completely satisfied.

The work was absolutely fantastic. They were number one from start to finish. A guy came out from another company, looked at the roof, did everything and said he was going to send me the estimate. I asked if he could email it to me because I had three companies look at it but he said that he would send it through the mail and I've never got the estimate from them. I called them back a week later and they said that the guy was on another call and they would have him call me back but never called. I am absolutely pleased with what Shanco did. They did beautiful job and they did some things for me but didn't charge me anymore than the set price. They put a couple of vents for me and four bathroom room fans but never charged me anything for that. The crew came out and literally did a professional job in one day. They came in here at 7:30 in the morning and they were done by 3:00. I found about five or six mails after they had done.

I thought they were very god. They showed up when they were supposed to. They cleaned up after themselves and overall did a very good job.

THE COMPANY RESPONDED QUICKLY AND PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE WITHIN 3 DAYS. THIS IS A RENTAL PROPERTY SO THEY HAD TO ARRANGE SCHEDULE WITH THE TENANT. THE ESTIMATE WAS MUCH LOWER THAN 2 OTHER ESTIMATES I RECEIVED AND THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AT COST. I RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE FOR A LEAKY SHOWER FOR $1200.00 FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. SHANCO RECAULKED THE SHOWER DOOR AND DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THAT WORK. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHANCO TO EVERYONE.

They scheduled my repair job and showed up to do the job. After a few weeks, I decided to go ahead and have the inside of my ceiling and wall fixed....so far, so good.

We got several estimates for a new roof on our house and Shanco Company provided not only the best price, but a much better product and longer warrantly. We were kept up to date with the tentative schedule and were able to get the roof done ahead of time. The entire project took 1 day and everything was properly cleaned up and cleared the same day. We are EXTREMELY happy and satisfied with the look of our new roof, as well as with the price that we paid for the service. The company's representative, Mike Hilderbrand, was very professional when he came out to do the estimate. The proposal and contract were sent by email in a timely fashion and the work was also scheduled in a timely fashion. The work described is what was completed by the workmen on the job. They were very polite and cleaned up when the job was finished.

Brad of Shanco came out to do an estimate. He provided a clearly scoped, professional price quote. It clearly defined the work to be performed, the materials to be used, warranty etc. I accepted the proposal and the work was scheduled once the window, that needed to be custom ordered, was delivered. Unfortunately the day selected for the work ended up being cold and wet. The workers did a great job getting the work completed in really unpleasant weather. They were able to get the window in without the house filling up with rain, and without tracking mud into the house. The workers were also very friendly and professional. The conditions were poor but I believe that they took the time to do the work carefully and with a high level of quality.

When I asked for estimates from various companies, they were the only company that really looked at my roof and analyzed my problem. They also presented different options, including things I could do myself. It took an extra two weeks before they started than what they estimated (it was raining a lot during that time period which probably affected their estimates). They finished the work in one day. Once finished, they stand by their work. When I had a question about the finished work, they promptly sent someone out to look that the roof and walk me through their work. They stressed that the new roof is under warranty and they would come out to look at it whenever I wanted. I would recommend them to friends & family. (They also sent us cookies once everything was done!)

They came when they said even with rain delays. A project manager came several times to facilitate the work and spent time cleaning the area after they finished.

I called the company for an estimate - they were able to come out the next week. They were not only thorough with the assessment, but very conscientious regarding my house and property. The estimate was available the next week. They actually provided 3 separate estimates, one for the roof repair, one for the gable vent replacement and one combining both jobs. I compared the estimates to others and the price seemed good. I opted to have both jobs done. I sent in my deposit. They sent me an email letting me know it had been received and attached pdf receipt indicating the deposit had been paid. (I really appreciated this extra courtesy). They were very up front regarding how long it would take to get me on the schedule. (We had had a lot of rain and wind - and there were a lot of folks in my situation - so they were very busy) I appreciated this - it helped to better set my expectations. They called to schedule the exact date ahead of time. They did excellent work and cleaned everything up when they were finished. I was very impressed with the work. Throughout the process they were always willing to answer my questions (either on the phone or via email)

I spent somewhere around $1500 on their services. The experience with them went pretty well. In general I was happy with their service. They were competitive in terms of price and they did quality work. The price was good. They were responsive. They had to reschedule the appointment a couple of times which was a small nuisance but not a big deal. They were on time. There were a couple of things that they did not do that weren’t worthy. I will use their services again in the future if I needed to.

We found this company to be very reliable and responsive. Their estimate came in pretty much on target for what our insurance company had allowed, and they followed through with their scheduling promise. When they realized that we had damaged plywood they contacted us immediately and took care of it.They cleaned up extremely well afterwards. We would be delighted to use this company again.

Overall the job they did was great. It was very good. They were pretty friendly. They were very quick about their work and they cleaned up as well. We will use their services again in the future.

They gave us very detailed, helpful suggestions and a very competitive bid. Out of 7 companies from which we requested advice, estimates, and contracts, they were one of the best by far. However, in the end they declined to submit a bid on our work. The stated reason was because the materials we decided to use (a thicker and stronger grade of TPO) "are not readily available and locally stocked", and because the manufacturer "won't come out to inspect on a residential property", thus voiding the warranty on the materials which otherwise exists when it can be inspected by the manufacturer. We were disappointed with their decision and might have used them if they had been willing to do the work. In the end we found another company which was willing to use the materials we wanted and provide the warranty we felt we needed. If/when we need to do more work on our house, we will go back to Shanco for an estimate.

The overall process went very well. The estimate was detailed and contained the options (covers versus no covers, one or two gutter sections) as I had requested. The work was completed in less than a day. The materials used were quality items. I rated price as "B" because their estimate was one of the higher ones I received. I picked Shanco over some of the lower bids because of their reputation and reference I had been able to see. I am pleased with the result.
