The carpet that was rated poor when we moved into the home we were remtomg now looks like a brand new carpet. There were large stains on the floor that had been professionally cleaned before that would not come out. These stains are completely gone. I woudl definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning crew.
