Obtained 3 quotes for a reshingle plus roof repair. Seneca seemed the best price plus no BS sales pitch. Very cprofessional and honest.

I was happy with the work performed. Tim and his team were excellent with accommodating me over the holiday break; the period between Christmas and New Year. The work was completed with efficiency including the proper clean-up. I can definitely recommend this company to others.

I hired them because of the quality of the supplies and the price. They cleaned up nicely and returned the next day to install the planned gutter replacement. The only item is some damage caused in my fairly new master bath shower. Somehow part of the wall pulled away causing a large gap at the ceiling and cracked grout along the sides. At the very least grout will need to be repaired. Working with Jeff Leach to see what can be done. The contract states that vibration damage is not the company's responsibility.

Seneca Creek was professional, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. They offered us a fair price and a great warranty, and the workmanship was top notch. They showed up promptly at 7 AM on the day of the roof install, and worked straight through until 8 PM when the job was done. I haven't yet found a single nail on my property. --The workers did damage some newly installed sod by our driveway, but I raised the issue with Tim and he said they would "make it right." Two days later, the crew returned and repaired the sod. --I could not have asked for a better contractor. I highly recommend them!!

Seneca Creek answered all my questions, and stopped by my house before and after the project to go over some details that I needed to know. Because of bad weather, it took more than one day to finish the gutters replacement part of the contract. I got an email every morning informing me when the workers were coming to complete the job. They cleaned up the site very well every day after their work. Very nice job!

I contacted Seneca Creek to request a quote on a roof repair for my townhouse. They scheduled a meeting with Tim for the following Saturday morning. Tim was great, very personable, friendly, and explained the process, materials, warranty options, etc. I told him that we had another company coming out to give us a quote as well as I didn't want to hire the first contractor that we contacted. He was very understanding, didn’t push the sale as some would. We had Nu Look home design come out. Very sales-y, played the whole “let me call my manager and see if I can get this price down, but you have to sign today” routine…no thanks. Seneca Creek came in at less than half of Nu Look. I called Tim the next day and scheduled a time to sign the contract. Tim explained that it was likely 10 days to 2 weeks until they could come out, but it ended up being only one week. They finished the roof in one day, and Tim sent me pictures of the project as it was underway. He called me in the morning to explain I needed several pieces of wood replaced underneath the shingles and he also sent pictures of them to me so I could see the damage, which Tim charged at cost. We also purchased a brand new sky light (mine was 26 years old) which Tim also gave us at cost. At the end of the day, Seneca Creek found a lifelong customer. I am very satisfied with the experience and would recommend them to anyone interested in replacing their roof.

I have no way of knowing about the finished project. However, the workers seem to have done a thorough job and cleaned up nicely prior to leaving. I feel that I was given a fair price for the job.

I hired them to install new windows in addition to roofing as they gave me the best price and quality over other 4 companies.

This company goes above and beyond and comes back years later and makes repairs for free. The wind caught our new storm door and they replaced it for free. That is unheard of in contractors and they are well worth the money.

Tim was great! He was very thorough and knowledge about the roofing product and process. He took time to explain the process and gave us pros and cons to the products. We also ended up changing out our sky light and replacing some of the trim. The crew came on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after. We would highly recommend Seneca Creek!
