I have had Mike as a property manager for 2 years and as long as I was a hands off owner things were ok. I started noticing small things like he would fix things in excess of what was in the agreement and tell me he just needed to do it without telling me. He wouldn't let me know when the tenant would pay the rent late. He took it upon himself to do things without even telling me. Then to top it off he took money for services he didn't perform. He took the lease renewal fee without renewing the lease. He didn't provide me an end of year statement until I pressed the issue. Now he is using the illegally using the security deposit to pay for fees that he has made up because since there is no lease he gets no money. I would not reccomend this guy unless you don't care about losing money and not having and accountability. He is very unprofessional.

If you want someone to find tenants for your property at a more than reasonable fee, without all of the nonsense, hidden charges, and penalties of those other property managers, Mike Hargun is your guy. He’s trying to develop a business relationship where it’s a win-win for you (the property owner) and him. Mike is results-oriented; he’s about putting quality tenants into vacant properties. Even when he may not be in touch with you, he’s getting the job done. For us, he was the right fit. He found us quality tenants within 2 months in the dead cold of a snowy winter. He handled everything and we are more than satisfied.

Mike was very professional and responsive. Within a month of our first conversation he found a good fit for the space I was renting. It was a pleasure working with him. Mike Hargun is the agent who represented the owner of home I rent.  So he was not representing my interests.  He was very responsive, professional and easy to work with, able to address my concerns and that of his client's to work out a long term arrangement. The leasing agreement was seamless and straight forward.  Everything has fallen into place nicely for our move.  I would definitely recommend him/his company as a property manager and agent.
