Description of Work: This company gave me a service appointment the for the following day from when I called them. My service appointment was made for 12 Noon to 2 PM. The technician came late about 25 minutes, but the company did call to say the technician was running late. The call came after the time scheduled. I only need the pilot lit on my gas furnace. Took a few minutes. They left a list of reccommendation $2611.96. I will get a 2nd opinion about the work he said was needed.

Description of Work: This was a semi-annual inspection that is part of their annual contract that costs me $184.32 (that's why I stated it cost half of that). The technician spent about two hour inspecting, adjusting, and cleaning my system. There were no additional costs. In the past, there have been cost of filter replacement, or needed repairs. Note that my system was replaced less than two years go.
