JW’s technician identified the problem, replaced pipes. He also replaced flooring. He did a meticulous job. He worked quickly thus saving me money. He kept me apprised of the steps in the project. His work solved my plumbing leak issue and my the flooring that he laid down is incredible. I would recommend JW to all my friends and neighbors and would use their services again without hesitation.

I am very pleased with the results from William and Apolo. William knew exactly the type of screening I was looking for and was able to order and install it. They replaced the screen door and some rotten wood, as well as repainted the porch. During the process, they kept me informed on the progress, The quality of work was very good.

The process went very well. Jesse arrived promptly to give an estimate and explained everything when I had questions. Alberto and Javier were very accommodating, including going back to the hardware store when I explained that I had goofed and left off one part of the design. I did need to point out that I had requested painting, but they got it done quickly. Result: Strong, sturdy construction of 2 frames, well painted. I will definitely use this company again.

Excellently! Even though this work occurred during the Covid 19 crisis, JW staff were on the job. They performed several small jobs around the house including finishing our floors to our basement, patching damaged /touching up paint from moving in to our house, changing out our bathroom sink, fixing a leak in our bathtub, and installing a screen on our fireplace. We left the house during the work and left them the paint and stain to use. It turns out that we had provided the wrong color for one of the walls and they had to go out and get paint on their own. They did not tell me that they had an issue and took care of it on their own. I was very impressed with their service!

We have used JW Home Improvement twice before and were very pleased with their work and the whole experience, so we had no hesitation to hire them again. Jesse estimated the work, gave us options, and we decided what would be done. On the first day of work, Duvis and Denis arrived promptly. We showed them the areas where work was to be done and one went to purchase materials while the other started working. The work took about 4 days. They came on time every day, started working promptly, asked questions or gave options on various aspects of the work, and cleaned up every day. Their exterior painting was better than other painters we have hired and all the work was done well. They were a pleasure to work with and everything looked beautiful!

All of the work was done to our satisfaction, on time, and actually for less than quoted. The workers were very friendly and respectful of our time and our home. We would definitely hire JW again and recommend to others.

I have used JW Home Improvement in the past and contacted them for an exterior painting/repair project. Josh, the estimator, was on time, walked through some issues he found with my exterior (wood rot and replacement of siding on the outside of my gas fireplace due to weed wacker damage, and leak in same area) in addition to the painting. I had a two-person team (Thomas and Matthew) for two days to complete the work. They did a fantastic job: kept me updated with any changes needed to complete the work, were always punctual, friendly, and professional; and cleaned up the area after completion. During this time of social distancing and trying to stay safe with COVID-19, everyone I dealt with in person (Josh, Thomas, and Matthew) went up and above to ensure they did what was necessary to maintain everyone's safety and completing the work very professionally. I will remain a very happy repeat customer and have already referred them to my NextDoor App community when someone was looking for a contractor to do exterior painting.

All the staff at JW were professional and personable. I had been trying to get these doors up for a while but once I hired JW they took away the worry and hassle. They measured, picked up the doors, installed and painted. The doors look wonderful! Thanks to everyone at JW!

They did a pretty good job. There was an issue with the scheduling but overall it turned out as a decent job done. Communications went well. They did come late and stayed late. They left off some screws from the old door and did not put all the screws in with the new door. It wasn't a simple job, but when I brought this to their attention, they did come back and made it right. I would hire them again.

JW has done a lot of work around our home. The office is generally good at scheduling and being responsive to phone calls and emails. Any scheduling snags or confusion was always professional and promptly dealt with. For our cabinet install, Cesar and Luis are courteous, communicative and paid attention to detail. For floorboard repair, Justin was very thoughtful and cautious about complications or other issues. JW might not be the cheapest, but they are reliable, do great work and you can trust them to make things right.

The project took approximately 7 days. Workers were friendly and punctual each morning, very thorough cleaning up after the project, and attentive to all the many details of the project.

Cesar and Luis from JWHI did a great job! They worked quickly and efficiently and left the work areas really tidy at the end of each day. They were very communicative and paid great attention to detail. They were faced with both a recessed lighting challenge and one with bathroom sink plumbing, and their experience and high standards enabled them to create finished work that was both effective and attractive. Cesar also patched and painted some extra things for us while he was waiting for Luis to get the bathroom into a state where they could both fit inside to finish the work. This went above and beyond, and his great work ethic was much appreciated. We also appreciated that JWHI picked up the demolition debris and project trash almost daily. The JWHI office staff and Clifton, our project manager, were also good communicators and were quick to respond to us when needed. We were also initally impressed that Josh, the estimator, was able to visit us so quickly and come up with a very accurate estimate within 10 minutes of doing a walk-through of the house. He knows his stuff! We'd hire JWHI again in a heartbeat.
