James was very polite and accommodating to specific needs I had. Wonderful job on both AC/heat units. I hired him for the annual maintenance.

James did a great job fixing my condenser starter, and also did a great job in correcting an air flow problem on my 2nd floor. I would recommend him to anyone who need a good AC repair man.

He did a great job assessing what needed to be done, explain everything in so much detail I now know more about AC units than I ever thought I needed. It's only been a few weeks but it seems to be working better - the musty smell is gone. He also charged fairly - and even gave us a huge discount.

Our A/C stopped working, so I started looking for professionals right after I got home - around 7pm or 8pm. James called back immediately, came to our house within an hour to diagnose the problem, and fixed it right there, so we had out AC back up and running around 9pm. He did not charge for diagnosing the issue or for working after hours. We are completely satisfied with the work he's done.

We just moved into a home. There was a big rainstorm and we found the ceiling in our boiler room in the basement leaking. After calling several pros who were not helpful, I called James. We thought the problem was either with the roof itself or the vent pipe needed fixing of the cap or resealing around it. James said on the phone that it was not a problem, he would get a ladder and come up on the roof and check, and then it should be easy to repair, whatever the problem. He went out right away and got the supplies he needed, and came over within 2 hours, got on the roof, found the problems, and repaired them just like that. It was so simple and easy, and not expensive either. This was after two weeks of trying to find someone willing to come out and at least diagnose the problem for us. We have not had any more leaking and are very grateful!

I had called around as my ac died and people were going to take 2 days to repair while things were getting hot. James stated he could come after his last appointment and found the problem in minutes. His prices were great and his light hearted approach made for a wonderful experience.

He put the customer first! He could have made this a much bigger job, but has exceptional integrity about offering options. He went out of his way to get a replacement compressor under warranty when it really seemed impossible. First rate!

I was thankful that Mr Hetzel came out on a Saturday. Even though my unit is quite a few years old, he explained that it was a good unit, and that I did not need a new one. I appreciated his honesty and am now going to be a repeat customer.
