Very experienced

If I could give him higher than 5 stars I would. This guy know AC work! I hired someone else previously, but his diagnosis just didn't make sense (and turned out to be incorrect and extremely pricy). I found James Hertzel and a solid five star review, with tons of happy people are a great sign. He worked his butt off, testing everything, to finally figure out my very difficult system problem. In my 20+ years of using HVAC repair people he blows them all out of the water in skill. Thanks James, Chris

A very knowledgeable and customer service friendly professional.

James is a life saver! Our furnace broke around midnight and the indoor temperature dropped to 50. He immediately responded to our request and showed up ahead of the scheduled time, and fixed the furnace quickly. He was very knowledgeable, and he took the time to educate us as the first time home owners. He also charges a fair price which is very reasonable. Cannot recommend him enough!

Purchased a condo where the previous owner installed the coolant supply and return lines in front of the stacked washer and dryer in the utility closet. James came out for an estimate on a Saturday. After quoting me a very fair price, he informed me that he could get started as soon as possible. The work was done quickly on the same day and he answered any questions I had. I ll be sure to reach out should I have any future HVAC needs.

Knows his stuff

He came quickly, he found the problem immediately, he showed me how to fix it myself the next time. He also went out and found filters for my furnace/AC and brought them to me the next day.

James has an opening and completed work the same day. Discussed with me how to clean the pump he installed to keep it working for years. Highly recommend
