Description of Work: We did not use Mr. Bolton, but please read why ... When Mr. Bolton quickly returned my call he asked several specific questions about the leak we were having under our kitchen sink. He concluded that it was highly likely that a simple repair would fix the problem and walked me through it. In fact, that's just all it needed. (I had called several other highly-recommended plumbers first; they all wanted to schedule an appointment but couldn't come for several days; Mr. Bolton was next on my list.) So while he lost a fee for this one time, I am deeply impressed by his attitude and integrity and he's now on the top of my list for the next time we have a plumbing problem.

 + -1 moreWe sent away for a new drain plug. It's here now, and I called him back but he has yet to reply. He was also going to fix the sprayer in our sink. I would hire him again if I could not find a better plumber. It's been 2 months since I've called him and he hasn't replied. Some of the work he does well, but he just doesn't come some other times.
Description of Work: He came back to check out the water standing in our sink. He fixed the temperature valve in our shower.
