Came on extremely short notice. Had to order a part and came back the next day. Not cheap but fair in pricing. I would use him again.

Badly needed the oven as a holiday is coming up and I need the electric oven to work. They came and found the problem .

A truly SUPERB PROFESSIONAL! Knowledgeable, punctual and thorough. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! The project was a microwave oven repair, although replacement was the ultimate result of the initial consultation. Yosef didn't waste my time with replacement of this or that part. He simply stated at the outset (after testing various components related to the symptoms) that replacement of the entire unit was the most cost-effective solution. A total professional...FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!

I highly recommend Dars Appliance Repair. The owner responded and came out the same day that I called...and on a Saturday! He spent a considerable time trying to repair my washing machine. In the end, he thought I would be better to buy a new machine, and only charged me for the service call. He was knowledgeable, and very professional. I will always be sure to call him in the future for any other repairs I might need.

I highly recommend Dars Appliance Repair. The owner came out to do the work, and was very courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the issue that he came to fix. This is a great company, from everything I have seen so far.

They were flexible, came quickly and were reasonably priced. They also gave us an appointment time, not a window. Much appreciated!!!

It was not originally clear they were talking about a "window" rather than a definite time, so when 9am was mentioned, and Josef arrived at 10:15, I was initially disappointed . Josef was polite and went right to work. Fortunately, his diagnosis was the same as ours. Unfortunately, he could not effect repairs, as the machine needs a new motor. He helped us to understand it could be done "under warranty", but not by him, as he was not a Samsung certified tech. less than 30 minutes, he put everything back the way it was, and he left. Nice fellow. Now, After almost an hour on the phone, I now await the Samsung tech on Monday....

Service representative was courteous and knowledgeable; answered all questions. Understood the problem and repaired expeditiously. Checked to confirm repair on gas range resolved problem.
