Dars Appliance Repair

The freezer compartment stopped working on our refrigerator. I tried to get an appointment through a major service repair company. The sooner appointment was 10 days out. Searched Home Advisor and found DARS. They were at house within 3 hours of my first call, with the needed part in the truck and had it repaired within an hour. I would give this company 6 stars if I could!

DARS - was terrific ! They fixed the dishwasher and advised me about what to do with a scratch on my stovetop and resolved a temperature board problem on my refrigerator,

Unfortunately I caught them at a bad time where they were overwhelmed with work and down several people. Rates are good but showed up 4 to 8 hours after promised. Not good at responding back when a price for a part was requested.

I needed a switch replaced on my stovetop and Dars Repair got the part and returned quickly , installed it and the pricing was very reasonable. I would use again.

I had to reschedule the appointment but DARS was patient and on time. The service was great, addressed the issue thoroughly.

Upon a second repair attempt in two days, the repairman told us it would be more cost effective to simply buy a new dishwasher. He recommended a specific name brand and gave suggestions for specific features to consider. In addition, he said the office would call and offer us a partial refund. Within half an hour after he left, the office manager did call and offered a refund that was very reasonable partial refund.

Parts needed to be ordered so pro needs to return.

I had a Bosch Freezer drawer repaired and DAR was very quick in solving the problem and fixing the drawer. I received a call when he was arriving, when he obtained an estimate for the part and when he returned to repair the drawer.

had a fair service price... I appreciate the honesty about repairing the refrigerator or not. it's not often you find people that tell you not to fix something. It is very old refrigerator and he gave me several suggestions of where to try to find deals on a newer one.
