Personable. Professional. Responsive. Clearly explained what was wrong and what would be required to fix it. I didn t price shop around, but What they charged seemed well within the expected range. My oven has been working since they left.

Prompt, professional, friendly. Called in the AM, was here that afternoon with diagnosis and estimate. The refrigerator was repaired the next morning with no food loss.

Cooktop model was given in advance and the technician still showed up without any parts. I had told them that I have already changed the ignitors and spark module. Technician's comment when he showed up was that there is nothing much left and wire harness is the culprit. I asked for the part number to be sent as there is confusion online about what GE recommends and people finding that that part does not fit. It has been more than a week and there is no further communication. I would not hire this company again.

While the vendor couldn't fix the problem, he was very honest at letting us know the appliance was beyond repair. He explained details very clearly. I would work with him again.

He was nice - slightly late ; but overall satisfied; felt tech was costly for filter cleaning as he charged 150$ . Felt 100$ would have been sufficient charge for the amount of work

I contacted Dars to fix my LG washing machine after waiting for another service provider to fix my washing machine for a month. Dars has great customer service. They couldn’t keep my original appointment, called me on the Sunday before and came out at 6 on Monday to take a look. Within a few minutes of being here he knew that the other provider was wrong and fixed my leaking washing machine in just a few minutes. Honest and great customer service. Couldn’t ask for more!!

The technician was polite, timely knowledgeable, courteous and forthcoming about pros and cons of the needed repair. The price was a little more than I expected to recharged a wine frig's freon but admittedly I'm unsure of the going rate for such a repair. I would hire them again though if needed.
