Went fine. He took one look and knew what the problem was. It took a great deal of effort to clear the line. It was necessary to use several canisters of compressed gas plus additional hot water.

I am a repeat customer. I called them for service late in the afternoon on 1/11/2013. I was told that the tech was headed to another customer in my area and that he would be happy to stop by my home when he was done. He was here within an hour, was very personable and answered all of my questions about my TV to my satisfaction. I am 100% happy with this company and highly recommend them, based on several years of doing business with them.

They are professional, friendly, clean, and prompt. They told me that they would be out between 10am and 12pm and they were here by 11:05am. Mike is the person that has come out to fix our tv. He is very personable.

We called in April of 2008, the guy came out, diagnosed the problem, we paid what they told us we needed to for the broken part. He came back in a few weeks with the part they thought we needed and discovered we needed another part. We paid what they asked. Over the course of two months, they told us the part hadn't come in but it should be soon. They never called us, we had to call them every week to see if it was in. They were rather rude when we called and said "we will call you when the part is here." Finally, they said the part was in so they came back and put it in. The TV still didn't work and they decided we needed a third part. It is now the end of October and we still don't have a working TV.

It took them two days, they fixed my television. The price was reason able for a 40 + television. I would definalty recommend them to my family and friends.

In general, ok. The charge is a little higher than I expected. The service can improve a little. For example, when I brought the set to the shop they have no cart that I could use to move the set from the car to the shop and no one came to assist in moving the set. The owner did help me move the set from the shop to the car when I picked up the set.

The owner knew exactly what was wrong by my description. He said it would cost under $100. He had it done in 2 days and the cost was $92. I would definitely use him again for TV or video repair.

THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE. THEY ARE VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY SERVICE. THEY PROVIDED PROMPT SERVICE.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE TV. THEY BROUGHT THE TV BACK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
