A-Z came out, did the job and left w/o asking for pay. The tech who did the job wanted to get paid without invoice & begin calling the office & sending emails even when told they needed an invoice first. Kept calling & sending emails every 33 seconds. A-Z "professional " was cursing, name calling, said they were liars, etc. Then when he provided invoice & they were going to pay him it was 3 1/2% higher which he said was due to cc. No disclosure , never mentioned earlier -customer paid the bill . But they will never do business with this professional again. . .

Excellent service! Very friendly, communicated very well, on time, prepared, thorough. Fairly priced, I would have paid more through Amazon home services. Highly recommend and would hire again. The carpets had 7+ years of pet stains but they all look brand new now! Thank you!!
