Nick was very professional and showed me before and after pictures of service performed.

Everything was very smooth, including a last minute addition to the roofing job. The communication between the home office and the crew at my house was instant and the additional item was quickly put into the roofing plan. Couldn't ask for more.

They were fast (all done in one day), timely, professional, and the new roof looks GREAT!

The work went all with no problems, at all need I say more the tech gets 5 star in my book and I will recommend to all my family and friends .

Johnathan was excellent. He arrived early and and did a great job. It turns out that my gutters where in a little worse shape than originally thought but by the time he left they were completely clear. I appreciated that he put in the extra effort to complete the job right. The only negative thing I have to say is that the original deal purchased through Angie's List came with a $250 credit towards a future project. However, it was not specified in the description or the fine print that the project must be $2500 or more. As someone who always reads the fine print I don't think it is fair to introduce such a caveat after the deal has been purchased.

Great. Marc showed up exactly on time, and we discussed all that needed to be done before he started. He was extremely knowledgeable, and we discussed potential future work as the gutters are old and need some repair. Marc worked very hard and was efficient. I am very pleased with the result.

Howard did a very thorough job with inspecting and explaining the work, as well as taking pictures. I'm very glad I had this inspection done, as the exterior vent shields had deteriorated and he was able to fix those, as well as fix some loose siding. I feel this inspection and work were a very good value. This was my first experience with this company, and I would definitely use them again.

This was an extremely painless process from the initial scheduling from American Home Contractors! Their scheduler was able to work with me to find a date that fit my schedule. The then called to confirm the appointment and backed that up with an email. You couldn't ask for better customer service. The Technician, Nick DePazzo, was very professional. He called prior to his arrival to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival explained everything he was going to do for me. After his initial inspection, he took photos of my gutters and described their condition and what he determined needed to be done. After completion, he again showed me pictures of his completed work. He also explained that his photos would be available to me in an email. Additionally, he described the condition of my 20 yr old roof and facilitated scheduling an estimate for a new roof. I was very impressed with his customer service acumen as he didn't try to up sell, but just explained what my options were. Again a great Job!

They did a good job. The guy who came was a nice guy who got the job done quickly and efficiently. It was a good price. It seemed like a longer time. The guy came here when he said he was going to be here.

I called the company and explained my issue. They said that the offer was a perfect for need, but I think the person on the phone didn't have much experience with issues. When the representative came to look at the gutter, she said the cost of the repair would be an extra $370 dollars because another person was required. I was disappointed that service wasn't as described over the phone, so I called Angie's List to get a refund.

Great service. Samantha called day in advance to confirm appointment and Nick came out at time promised. He also called to let me know when he would be finished with the appointment before mine. Did full inspection and showed me photos ( and explained they would send me a copy by email as well). Described how our gutter guard system was attached and fixed a spot where gutter had come loose. Very professional, and answered all my questions. Appreciated the service; part of our 1st story roof is at steep pitch and I'm not able to get up on it myself to reach the 2nd story portion. Also appreciate that Nick used blower to blow debris off rather than washing it down the downspout. Past gutter cleaners have insisted on using only hose and pressure washer which resulted in clogged downspout. Will be happy to use American Home again for this or other services, very personable, professional, and thorough.

Jonathan and Chuck were excellent. Addressed all issues that I was aware of and found additional issues. Explained them in a professional manner. Corrected most of the problems on the spot and offered multiple options for the other identified repairs/problems. Courteous, punctual, and even wore shoe covers (wife was happy about that).

I got far more than expected for the money. The technician by the name of Marc was very thorough. He not only cleaned the gutters but replaced gutter guards that were off and adjusted those that were coming off. He also put a long piece of siding on my home that had previously come off. The siding was at the very top of my house and it pretty high but the put it back on for no additional charge. I was impresed and have a technician coming out to give me an estimate for another project. I would certainly recommend this company to family, friends and neighbors. My technician Marc Burkett was professional and frank in his assessment of the condition of my gutters. He made several recommendations which were honest and knowledgeable. I appreciate his professionalism. I would work with American Home Contractors again.

Excellent service. Nick came out to perform my gutter tune-up and found that the sub-par gutter guard in the front of the house was the source of my water over flow problems. . He recommended that that at the very least it be taken down. Because of the type of guard he said that he wasn't able to just take it down due to company policy. We discussed the problem and determined that he would give me a quote on a new guard for the front of the house. After making some measurements he concluded that the job would end up costing me a little more than it was worth due to the small size of that section of roof and the cost of materials. He called his boss to see if he could instead just pull the guard off. He was given the green light. He pulled them off and recommended I find a smaller establishment who could do the work a little cheaper. I really do appreciate him doing what he could to save me some money. I feel like he was very honest with me and obviously didn't try to charge me more than was necessary. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future roofing projects and yes I would recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent service and thorough inspection

Contractor said to use measuring service co. to determine sq ft of roof. Measurement not too precise. Apparently rounded up from 1920 actual to 2000 sq ft. then contractor adds 10% fluff, so bill is $440 higher than needed. (80 + 8 sq ft x $5.50) Angie offer calls for "complete tear-off and disposal of existing roofing system", but contractor charges extra $440 for removal of 2nd layer of roofing material. After new roof installed, roof leaked heavily where one side edge of chimney meets roof. Contractor promptly repairs, blames it on too many nail holes in flashing. Final payment made on basis of verbal meeting of completion which includes request for "tip" to workers for fixing leak at chimney. Final payment verbal request included $630 extra for replacing wood, Still haven't received hard copy of final bill marked "paid", though Final payment was made 2 weeks ago.

We purchased a gutter and roof maintenance package. Marc Burkett, the technician, was friendly, professional and clearly explained everything he planned to. He walked the entire roof, made repairs and reported back to me what he saw. He cleaned all the gutters, repaired some shingles, caulked and replaced a vent collar. He gave me a full recommendation on what to ask for when we eventually replace the roof in 5-7 years as the codes have changed since our home was built. and we will need specific additions to bring our home up to current code. Thank you, Marc! I will certainly recommend this company to family and neighbors and use them in the future.

Jonathan Ross and his assistant came at 800 AM as they said they would. They cleaned the gutters and cleaned up after so that there was no mess below. They also cleaned and polished the skylights which I really appreciated.

Prompt, courteous service. Removed accumulated dirt from gutters and downspouts. Performed a thorough inspection and found a number of pre-existing issues. Would use again in the future.

I called American Home Contractors to provide a roof tune up. Marc Burkett came and did an amazing job. He was professional and punction. He took the time to listen to my concerns about the roof and did an inspection. He explained the pros/cons of proceeding with a tune-up vs. repairing the existing roof and skylights. He had a lot of concrete suggestions about what needed to be fixed. Extremely knowledgeable. I ended up skipping on the tune up and proceeded with scheduling an estimate for roof replacement /repairs. Thank you!
