Marcus perform a roof tune up for us. He was great, and polite. Took before and after pictures, made sure all all missing shingles were replaced.

Excellent experience. There was a bit of a wait for an appointment, but that was my own fault for waiting until late in the fall to try to schedule gutter cleaning. The company was professional and reliable at every step, with excellent communication from the moment I made the appointment. I got a call the day before to remind me of the appointment, and then technician Mike G. called me about a half hour before he arrived to confirm that he was on his way. Mike was terrific--courteous and professional, and he followed all COVID protocols. He cleared a bunch of debris out of my gutters and explained to me exactly what the condition of my gutters and roof was. There was no attempt to sell me services I don't need (my gutters and roof are new and in good condition). He provided a written report documenting the condition of all aspects of the gutters and roof, as well as dozens of photos so that I could see for myself what everything looks like up there (thanks, Mike!). I will definitely call AHC for my next gutter service.

I typically don't write reviews, but in this case, I'd give them an A++ if the system would allow. Excellent customer experience the whole way through built on knowledgeable, helpful staff and attention to quality work. A special thanks to Brandon for his tireless efforts to provide an amazing customer experience. Definitely above and beyond many of the contractor experiences out there. I've already begun to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The crazy wind storm of March 2018 literally torn my roof off, but working with my home insurer and American Home Contractors made the replacement an easy and professional process. Selling my home in November 2020, the buyer's home inspector from h*** says he found evidence of moisture in my attic and loose shingles on the rainy day of inspection. AHC was very responsive in getting me on the schedule (thanks Nick) and Isiah was on time (actually called to say he was ahead of schedule and was it ok to come early), thorough and pleasant.

Josh Dunevant of AHC was our project coordinator. He addressed all of our questions and concerns, provided an estimate that was reasonable compared to others we received, and communicated clearly throughout the process. On the project start date, the team showed up promptly and worked steadily and efficiently. The quality of their work was excellent and the job was finished sooner than expected. We have no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to hire AHC for another home improvement project.

Josh Dunevant and American Home were outstanding. Josh took the time to meet with the insurance adjuster and finalized the job on-site. The American Home crew were amazing and efficient and the cleanup was unbelievable. Never knew they were there. Highly recommend

AHC, Inc did a very thorough job walking our roof and finding areas that required caulking; replacing loose nails and shingles. The technician Austin Bunnell, as a total courtesy, removed the base to an old satellite dish that was never taken down.. He then caulked that area for us. Great customer service was provided and care taken to respect the household (protective face mask and shoe covers were worn). A very good value at $149.00

We received a quote and given a two week timeframe for completion. We were looking to have the work done in short order because our house was on the market to sell, and American Home Contractors was made aware of this. When we called to follow up on the status of the work a week later, we were informed by S. Donovan that the work order had mistakenly not been placed and we were looking at a couple of months before the work could be completed. I requested a week to contact other companies to see about a quicker timeframe. When I followed up with American Home Contractors a week later, I was told that the quote I had initially received was no longer valid and was actually erroneous because S. Donovan did not provide an accurate quote for the proposed work. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the lack of customer service received by American Home Contractors. S. Donovan took no ownership of his errors and made no effort to rectify the mistakes. I would not recommend American Home Contractors.

Mike G. did a very good job of cleaning the gutters. He was courteous and professional. He called ahead and was on time, and he also took many before and after pictures, which was helpful. I would recommend this company for gutter cleaning.

Mike G. came out today and cleaned and inspected our gutters. He was actually a bit early (after calling first!), and was very friendly, and did a great job in a short amount of time. He took 80+ pictures of our roof and gutters, pre- and post-work. Would definitely recommend.

This company was great. Chuck called me when he was on his way and when he arrived. He sent me a link where I he posted pictures and videos throughout his work. He highlighted areas of concern for me in the pictures, called me up when it was all done to go over everything, and sent me a final email with information. Easy and seamless!
