I am very pleased with the service from American Home Contractors. the tech was very knowledgeable. While he was taking pictures of my roof noticed there was a problem with the neighbor's roof. He saw the neighbor in the parking lot and informed her of what he saw. Way to go above and beyond.

Marc was helpful and friendly. He provided a comprehensive report on how to proceed with roof maintenance and repair.

Mr. Burkett was very thorough in his inspection of my roof. He took pictures of all the good and bad parts of the roof and shared those with me. While he was on the roof he took care of some of the major problems such as caulking staple pops and securing loose shingles. He also put a new boot around my roof vent to prevent leaking. At the completion of the inspection he shared with me all of his findings and gave me recommendations on how to proceed with other issues that he noticed such as caulking around windows and pointing the chimney. He did a great job and I would recommend him and American Home Contractors to anyone needing a new roof or just a roof tune-up.

Howard did a thorough Inspection, nailed down shingles on the ridge and caulked atound the chimney. He pointed out some areas that might need repair in the future and surprised me by cleaning off the skylights! I was very pleased with his work and will use the company again for inspections and repairs.

Marc Burnett conducted an exam of the attic above the bathroom and the roof. He was thorough and identified the probable cause of the leak as well as other issues for future action. Mr. Burkett took measures to address the leak for now while I explore options. He provided a list of features I should request in a new roof regardless of who installs it. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided.

Mark made repairs he was very professional he fixed the problems at the present time and recommended having the roof repaired.

From start to finish, my experience with American Home Contractors was a positive one. The customer service representative who answered the phone is responsive, professional and friendly. And she called over the weekend to remind me about my Monday morning appointment. Jonathan R. arrived early and got right to work. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional, too. Jonathan explained everything as he went along and even showed me pictures of my roof and attic. He also pointed out another unrelated issue, which is very helpful. I highly recommend American Home Contractors and I would definitely use their services again.

Howard was the tech. He is easy going and pleasant to talk to. He took a look at the roof and attic, provided pictures and his recommendations. I was impressed by his professionalism and the way he explained things about what's good and what can be improved etc. I would highly recommend this provider and howard as well!

Very pleased from the get-go. Firstly, I was so very happy to reach a live person when I called. I tried contacting other vendors only to be directed to a voicemail and not receive a return call until over 24-hours later. I spoke to a live person every time I called and everyone I ever spoke with was very professional, helpful and pleasant. Howard was the technician who performed the inspection and tune up and he did a great job. He was on time and very personable. He explained everything that would be done during the initial inspection then reviewed all of his findings in detail, including photos. After discussing the minor issues he did discover, he set right to work taking care of everything. Once the maintenance was complete, he then provided additional photos of all of the completed work. It's very refreshing to find that kind of detail provided without having to request it. Once complete, we reviewed the current condition of my roof & gutters and went through a very thorough rating sheet. He disclosed information about the condition of my roof and how long it would most likely be until a replacement would be needed, as well as when the gutters should be checked again. He also provided additional information about the insulation in my attic and that there were some new insulation standards that would be coming into effect that I may want to consider. Overall, I am very pleased with American Home Contractors and the services I contracted for. I would gladly contact them again.

Lauren helped me scheduling the work in a reasonable window of time. Jeff called on his way to the scheduled appointment, arrived as agreed and performed every task as specified on the contract. Marc Burkett arrived early (having telephoned to confirm it was OK). He listened to what I needed, inspected gutters front and rear and gave me his report without trying any unnecessary upselling. He took photographs of the gutters to illustrate what he was telling me. He quickly made adjustments to the gutters, replaced screws, and made any other minor repairs. All my questions were answered in ways I could understand. His written report covered everything he had checked (extensive) and left me feeling sure that everything was in good shape. I liked his calm professionalism such that I have scheduled a further appointment for estimates on some other work.

Great! Arrived promptly and prepared! Very efficient and thorough in the review of the roof! He took pictures so that I could see the work that needed to be completed. I appreciated his recommendations on maintaining and fixing other structures related to the roof (chimney, gutters and vent). I think that the roof tuneup is a great service to maintain roofs. The technician Jonathan Ross arrived on time, was very professional and provided a detailed update as he performed the service. I would recommend American Home Contractors to my neighbors and will keep them in mind as future needs arise.

I purchased a deal for a Premium Roof Tune-up. Marc B. showed up on time and in addition to the roof tune-up I asked him to inspect a couple trouble spots as well and to try and fix/replace a broken off metal ridge vent if possible. He was able to temporarily fix the metal ridge vent fortunately. He also took a look in the attic space and siding around the house. He took pictures and explained various issues I had with the roof and siding, leading to me making an appointment for a new roof estimate. Marc was professional and courteous and I would use American Home Contractors again.

The job was done quickly and he gave me a lot of information as to what he was doing however I don't think he calked any of the seems as i never saw him using any but overall I am satisfied with my service. I am using the same company for a new roof installation.

They did what they could, I still got some leakage at my sky light I have to get taken care of. But they did stop some of the nail pops, all and all for a 150 I guess that was about all they could do.

The technician Jeff did an outstanding very thorough job in clearing all of the gutters. He was most professional in his demeanor and provided a cost estimate for AHC to come out and replace the section. The cost - $600 - seemed high at the time so I did not elect to proceed with the replacement. Jeff noted that he had checked all of th gutters downspouts drain pipes where they emptied out on the front slope of our yard and water tests showed both pipes were clear or clear enough to pass the water. We were very satisfied at the thoroughness of Jeffs work.

Technician was pretty savvy and courteous. Pictures of the job (before and after) were shown to me right after he finished. I will recommend this company.

They were punctual and friendly. The service was performed quickly. It made wonder just how thoroughly the roof was inspected. That said - I have no complaints about their work as the job was performed approximately eight months ago and the condition of my roof has been fine throughout the winter months.
