I had several things done: house washing, interior and exterior window cleaning, dick cleaning and concrete cleaning. Jose did a great job of coming out to discuss the jobs , explaining what would be done, answering questions, making recommendations , providing an estimate and scheduling the job. Mike and Alex did a great job. They were nice, timely, thorough, careful, kept everything clean. They made my home look great. Bottom line... fantastic!

Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
Jeff and Daisy’s crew have provided top notch service for us for the past five years. They’ve done an amazing job of cleaning our windows—a lot of them—inside and out, and they always look great! Power washing our deck and sidewalks—professional and with ample care for our property. Let’s not forget the gutter cleaning which was tidy and well done. Finally, WG installed protective film on several windows for security and safety. Many thanks to Jose and his team.

Jose called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way - which I really appreciated. He and Carson arrived and the three of us did a quick walkthrough to review the work. They put their booties on and got right to work. They were friendly and extremely efficient. My 31 windows and patio door have Never looked this good, honestly!! When they were finished Jose and I did another quick walkthrough and everything was perfect!! I would recommend this firm 100%.

Had 60 windows to clean outside only @$10.00awindow. (7) sliding door windows only half washed because locks were not unlocked before starting. (6) screens not re-installed. Just set on the sills. 1/2 of the sills not cleaned. Paid $600.00. ?????? I question how some of the real small windows were counted. Will hire another company to check price and quality of work.

My windows have never looked so wonderful! Two guys showed up and I have a big house. I thought it would take them all day. It took them a couple of hours. The guys were great, super respectful, right on time. I love my windows!

The employee that performed the service did a wonderful job explaining the chemicals used, the length of time it would take and the overall process. It was refreshing that he also asked that I look at what he did to confirm I was happy. I did consider companies with lower prices but I am happy I went with Window Genie. Very professional and excellent customer service.
