This was a pretty big project to begin with. The line was replaced with very little disturbance to our yard and no problems concerning the retaining wall. Once that was in place, the inside piping began and they worked hard in some small and cramped places installing all new pipes, valves etc. They did this all in about 3.5 days. This was very costly, but we knew that going in as it was a difficult job to tackle and quite labor intensive.We are very appreciative of the time the project manager Darren spent in giving us an estimate and answering all our questions concerning the job and getting everything lined up to start the project. We also appreciate Mark & Carl who did all the digging, installing and whatever to get everything up and running and to restore a good flow of water.We were very pleased with the work and would certainly recommend Warners or use them in the future if a need arose. They were prompt, they showed up when they said they would, returned phone calls promptly and were friendly and professional.

They didn't hold up their end of the service contract. They wanted to charge us $250 for an after hours visit when the service agreement said they wouldn't. They wouldn't come out unless I was going to pay them. There was no way to contact anybody else to see what was going on because it was a Friday night and the office was closed. Plus it was 98 degrees outside so I had to have air conditioning. The did not install this unit but we bought a service agreement from them to cover it. I can't blame the technician because he was given his orders by his boss.

We had a contractor who redid our downstairs. In doing it, we actually changed our whole heating system. We moved it from one corner of the finished basement to the corner of the unfinished basement. They got us a new air handler and heat pump. They did a good job with it and it worked fine. While they were here we bought a service contract for both units.

They are very good, prompt and efficient. Their people are knowledgeable and good. They come when they say they are coming. They do work the say they would do. They are expensive but considering the services they provide I would consider it competitive. I would use them again in the future.

I started a service contract with Warner this past year. First portion of the contract was completed by a tech. who told me he hadn't completed his training yet he was alone. Young nice kid, however. I don't know if he really knew what he was doing. I had to show him how to use the thermostat. Second portion of the contract was set for the spring and the tech never showed. I called Warner and the woman who answered didn't really care. I asked if they could send a tech right away since they were past due their 4 hour window. They said they would send someone out sometime that day. The woman answering their phones absolutely didn't care. Didn't offer any compensation for their mistake. I asked for 1/2 of my contract back and it took 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to finally get it. Do not use this company for your household needs.

I have an electric furnace, that went out over a weekend. He came out, and fixed some burned wires. I also bought a contract from him that included servicing my furnace, and AC. He was really good about coming out, and I would highly recommend Warner's.

I feel that using someone that does what they say they are going to do is worth the money it cost to get the porblem fixed.. And when there was a recurring problem they came back out and got it taken care of free of charge. They are very good at how they deal with their customes.

I give them high ratings for everything and we will continue to use them. They are very reliable, the more jobs you have done, they give you more of a discount.

They are always on time and do excellent work. They are clean and cover their shoes before coming into the house. They are knowledgeable and know what needs to be done and how to do it. I have recommended them to many others.

We were told when we reported that our hot water heater was out, that we would have to run our own electric because it was an emergency. When the workers showed up they had a bill that included the original amount of 1,320 dollars that was supposed to include running electric. They used a dented hot water heater and tied it into existing 1/2 piping that was above the spot where the heater was to be installed (not up to plumbing code). The guys that installed the hot water heater were literally in our house for 45 minutes. For 15 of those minutes we had no power due to an outage. When we called to complain about the price and sent a letter, they assured us they would reduce the price and send a new invoice with our check. When we got the new invoice, our check was not with it, we had to stop payment on the check. The new invoice amount was for $1060.00, and still was not itemized. Two weeks later Dan Cline called us to inform us that the work done was not up to code and he had to send his guys back out to fix the work. He was told to send an itemized invoice for the work that was done and we would get another company to clean up the mess. They generated a new invoice after being extremely rude to both myself and my wife. We put the invoice on the back burner. After 90 days they initiated a lawsuit for the amount of the original bill; stating that we had services performed and then canceled the check immediately. There was no mention in their complaint that the bill had been adjusted twice. They were granted judgment because we didn't show up at court, but on appeal the judgment was overturned. The contact for this company, Dan Cline, was extremely rude. He referred to us more than once as, "you people", told us he didn't want to talk to us or to have any further dealing with us, and was just generally very angry and uncouth. Warner offers pricing per job instead of by the hour to save you money; don't buy it. Every estimate we have gotten from them has been ridiculously high, the department that generates estimates, accounting, and Dan Cline who I think is a service manager, don't communicate and rarely know what each other is doing. I used this company because the company that I work for uses them for large jobs, but I would never even consider dealing with them again. From start to finish, this job came off like a nightmare.
