Luis is very good and he shared very helpful advice how to approach the repairs. His team was very professional and efficient.

Our basement flooded during a flash flood this summer and pretty much destroyed our basement. We called Pro Services, and they turned out to be the only place we needed to call to clean up the mess, refinish the basement, and complete construction to waterproof and protect us from a future flood. They were there very quickly the night of the flood, and completed all of the work we needed to do, which was considerable, at a very reasonable price. We were amazed at how prompt and professional the work was, and it was so nice to be able to go to one company for all of the work. Pro Services is both a family owned and operated company that provides extremely personalized customer service, and a company that can handle any size or type of project. Luis, the owner, helped us understand the best course of action with our insurance, worked with us to suit our budget, and made us feel like part of the family. Now our basement looks great, with a brand new floor, and all of the problems that had caused our basement to be at constant risk of flood have been resolved. They really care about their customers and always look out for their best interests, which doesn't always happen when you're dealing with situations in which insurance claims and renovations are involved. They've helped us add value to our investment in our home, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. You can't go wrong with these guys.

The workers are very professional and they try to work around your schedule. I was really impressed that they cleanup after the project and haul away the depris.
