Jiffy Lube - Frederick

They usually send me a reminder for an oil change. The longest I've had to wait was a half an hour. They are very good, very friendly. I wish they could do a little more than just an oil change, maybe if you come in for something more for your car, like if I need a new muffler or battery.

I've been using them for the past two years. They do all the things that need to be handled. The garage is clean and they have a nice waiting room.

I bought my truck at a dealership about an hour away. For big warranty things ... I use them ... well, because I bought it there. But for just about everything else, I'm using this Jiffy Lube which is close to my home.
I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for several years now. The facility is clean and very well managed. If you have a problem or a question, ask for CJ (one of the managers) or the owner (he's there often ... I think he has two places, so he splits his time.)
I had a small problem the very first time I went to them. Not only did they fix the problem, but they went way further than they needed to make it all right. CJ was the manager who handled it and I was so surprised and so impressed by his professionalism ... well, that's why I've been going back ever since.
The things you'll notice ... that I like... are:
1. You can see your vehicle and what's going on.
2. The waiting room, the bathroom and the service bays are kept very clean.
3. They'll take you out into the service bay to go over with you what they are going to do and what they recommend.
4. Their capability is much more than just oil change. I've had them do brakes once and as far as I can tell, they did a good job for less than I would have paid at a dealership. I know they do other things ...like cleaning fuel system ...I'll eventually try some of those other services.
5. They don't try to pressure you or upsell.
6. The team in the service bay seems and quot;happy.and quot; Not sure how else to put it, but they seem to like working there. And that makes me think maybe they are not having to deal with a lot of problems ... because their work is good.
7. The owner will, sometimes, sit and talk with you in the waiting room. Seems like a real genuine guy who is part of our community here.

I have never had someone open my car door for me and great me so professionally as they do at this Jiffy Lube location! Then the next guy opened the door to the facility for me and showed me where the coffee etc was. Then another person called me over and went through each service that was needed and the price differentials. When the car was completed in less than 10 minutes they opended the door told me to have a nice day and off I went! Very professional service!

They are fast, clean and customer oriented. They seem to be a little expensive, but it's a one stop shop for most of the repairs I need. They provide a nice waiting area or you can go shopping because they are located near a shopping area.
