I don't know where to begin with this other than to say the entire experience from the beginning to the end was exceptional in every way. The designers listened to what we wanted to do and were open to our suggestions. They started work when they said they would and finished within a week or so of the ending date. They would have been dead on time if there hadn't been some illness involved. Everyone in this company is customer oriented, professional beyond belief and an utter joy to have in your house. The carpenter on our job was the most detail oriented person we've ever had here to do anything. Friendly, helpful, exceptionally experienced and just an awesome person to be around for weeks at a time. It was like having family you love here to work and when they were gone we truly missed them. How many times have you been able to say that about a renovation? Communication was flawless in every way from the plumbers to the tile people to the painter. I just can't say enough about the quality of the staff and the exceptional and beautiful result that was rendered. We are actually looking around our house figuring out what we can have them do next! If you are pondering a renovation of any kind like this, you CANNOT GO WRONG with Frederick Kitchens and Baths. I could go on forever, but I'll finish by saying that this renovation experience was a painless as it could ever be. FANTASTIC!
