 + 1 moreI contacted Juan Contraras, and he met with me at my home the next day to discuss the project. We agreed on the budget and the types of materials to be used. At every step, he asked me what my preference was, e.g., for the color and shape of the posts supporting the patio awning. I knew I could trust this company, because they had done a great job of renovating my home in 2006/2007. They did everything from basement waterproofing to installing a backup electric generator. They completely remodeled the bathrooms, kitchen, and basement. The prices were well below what other contractor quoted to me, so I knew I was getting a great deal. I've been very happy with the results of this company's work.
Description of Work: F. J. Contracting completely renovated my home in 2006/2007, so I knew I could trust Juan Contreras to do a great job and give me a great price. When I wanted a covered patio built on the side of the house, I contacted F. J. Contracting. They worked with me to ensure that I got what I wanted. They were up front about the costs of labor and materials, and did everything possible to work within my budget. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning any kind of home remodeling work.
