We recently had a new HVAC system installed and have had two minor glitches. Yesterday, in 30 degree weather, the system shut down. We called Blue Dot and a service person came in less than an hour. He made some minor adjustments and it is running fine. As a new system, he said there may be tweaks to be done to get the system running just right. It can be reset but I feel assured that all is good now and we'll have heat for the remainder of the winter. They were most responsive.

The workers are always professional. They take the time to cover their shoes and have a mask on. Theyâ re respectful of my privacy.. And last year I had a gentleman that shared some tips about maintenance which I really appreciate it. Blue Dot rocks.

Tech did a good job

The serviceman was very professional and patient. He put on shoe covers when he entered the house and took them off to check the heat pump. They were back on when he re-entered my home. He was also well spoken and inspired confidence in his knowledge and workmanship. I really liked the service I received with a special price on my HVAC system check-up. Thank you BlueDot!

Impossible to get into contact with and did not complete the job or do it well. It took multiple weeks of daily phone calls to finally talk to somebody who could schedule the install team to come back and finish the job they had not completed.

Excellent and respectful service reps

Although their technicians show vast experience, they do not care about the details and finishing touches. Also communication is a challenge when is about projects follow up. Blue Dot only show interest to catch you in a contract, once secured, they do not mind contacting you back to help with doubts or clarify questions about the job.

The technician was excellent. He explained what he was doing as he went over the system. Very polite and knowledge about the product. Hope he gets to come back in the Spring.

I may have been overcharged, given the nature of the emergency. But the quality of the work itself, was perfect.

I have nothing but Praise for Blue Dot! They are very dependable very polite and respectful! I now have service with them and look forward to working with them! Very good people working for them! They are Great!
