I started the job myself, but ran into an issue. Ben and the team completed the job for small fraction of what it would have cost at another shop. I was stuck, but there was no gotcha moment. They needed to use their specialized tools (blow torch) which I don't have. Ben charged me less than an hours labor and completed the Muffler flange rebuild (I had purchased the bolts and springs earlier). Nice they had my back when I got into trouble.

Customer service is great, prices are always fair (with discounts built in for loyal customers) and they always do a great job.

Car broke down and was towed to shop. Shop personnel stayed after normal closing hours, because AAA was 2 hours late getting to car. They checked obvious possibilities with no luck, and said they'd do more thoruogh check in the morning. Car was ready next day.

The mechanic as well as the service manager were both very professional. I was leaving on a trip within a week and they fit me in and fixed the problem. The noise is gone and the car rides like a dream!

The service turned out well. They went over everything with me and spoke in plain language to let me know what needed to be done to keep my car maintained. They did not push anything on me as far as service as well.

We use them all the time. They are honest and they are very good people to work with. I have used them several times for a 2002 Subaru Impreza and the last time I took it to them they suggested me getting another car as the repairs were so expensive. They are very honest company. They do not waste time and they are very efficient with the work. They are flexible and they will arrange for retrieval of your vehicle after they are closed as well.

They are excellent to deal with all of the time. I feel like they are honest mechanics to work with. They are very responsive.

I recently was in need of an oil change.  Auto Correct is just up the street from the house, so I decided to give it a try.  I've had other work done there and was impressed with the service.  The oil change was much less than what I was getting a "quick oil change" place.  The service tech asked if I wanted new windshield wipers and I was so glad he asked (the old ones were in terrible shape and needed to be replaced and I had forgotten to mention it when I dropped off the truck).  More importantly, he asked before installing the wipers, which I appreciated.  An oil change, check on the air filter and the like, and new windshield wipers came to about $50, $30 less than the "quick oil change" shop.

It's a new organization. Dealt with perdonnel before. Job completed on time, below estimate. Nighly recommended
