I just can't say enough about this Company.  They handled everything in a very courteous and professional manner. I would definitely recommend them for HVAC, plumbing or electrical service. The last thing I needed at year-end 2013 was a heating problem, but a few days before Christmas and at the onset of very cold weather, my Heat Pump failed.  I called the Company that installed the unit and learned they had merged with Service Today so I explained my heating dilemma to them. In spite of the cold weather and the lateness of my phone call, they advised a service repairman would be at my home that afternoon.  Much to my surprise, the repairman arrived as advertised and began to work on the equipment.  The problem was discovered immediately. I was told the problem was significant and that several parts needed to be ordered and I would be called as soon as they were received. A few days later, the parts arrived and the unit repaired but the unit was still not operating correctly. Service Today kept on the job until the problem solved, repaired and everything corrected.  The Heat Pump is now operating very efficiently, in fact,, better than new. All of the repair work took place over a two week holiday period during the cold weather.  Communications with Company representative were always very polite.  It's unusual to have a pleasant experience with many repair companies, but this one was certainly a pleasure with which to work.

Came to house to look at old system an needs.  Gave quote after writing up in car.  Explained and answered all questions.  Waited for my call  as to what company I decided on.  Came back with final quote, deducted rebate, wrote up form for DP rebate.  Installed in one day, cleaned up all mess great job.

It went smooth but it wasn't the cheapest company I've dealt with.  They were very reliable I called them and they were here within two hours. They were very professional.

Great service provider. They always come the same day as I call. Very reliable and very nice workers.

We have a service contract with them and they come before the cooling season and before the heating season. I'm sure if a repair was needed, we would have to pay for it. They send people out that do a good job. About seven years ago, We had our air conditioner go out. They put a new unit in within five-six day. That was remarkable considering the circumstances. We have been using that unit ever since. They are sometimes fifteen minutes early or fifteen minutes late, but I think that 's good. My husband used to work in cooling. He said that these guys know what they are talking about.

We did not have to pay because it was in our contract. They did a great job.

The heat wave was brutal.  Everybody's air-conditioners broke too.  They were working really hard.  They got to me as soon as they could.  They were very professional.  They could have told me that the whole unit was faulty, I wouldn't have known the difference, but they didn't.  They told me it was the fan and fixed it. In the middle of the heat wave, I am sweating in buckets and wouldn't have hesitated.  They could really have taken the advantage and they did not.  I appreciate that.  My husband was ill.  He passed away a year ago.  I don't have a man to tell me.  If one hears a woman calling them for servicing, they see an opportunity of a single woman, but they didn't take advantage of it.  The guys were great.  Their price was very reasonable.  I will definitely use them in the future.

The contract was signed on 9/1 and the installers began work on 9/27.  Although they warned that this could be a three-day job, they had everything done before 3:00 on the second day.  The installers were great--and honest--they had gone about six miles before one of them realized that they had installed the wrong thermostat from what was on the order.  They turned around and came all the way back and switched out the thermostats.  They said they realized I had the more expensive one on the order and they didn't want to leave me with the other one--although, to be honest--I would not have known the difference--they all look pretty high tech!

Their price is reasonable and their quality is good. I would use them again in future.
